“Just you,” she replied.

In the dark, they shared another kiss. “Move in with me,” he murmured. “Or I’ll move in with you. Either works, as long as we’re together.”

Her smile made his heart soar. “I would love that.”

Addison’s phone rang. “It’s Jericho.” She put the call on speaker. “Hey, how’s everyone doing?” she asked.

“We’re good,” Jericho replied. “You’ve been gone a while.”

“Yo, bro,” Hawk said.

“Hey, what’s goin’ on?”

“I’ll tell you when I see you,” Hawk said. “Be there in twenty.”

Hawk waited while Addison climbed into Jericho’s vehicle before sliding behind the wheel of his SUV. Despite the temperate weather, he turned on the heat.

As he followed Addison to the hospital, he called Cooper.

After giving him the short version, Cooper said, “I’m gonna kill him.”

“Aren’t you gonna arrest him?”

“After I kill him,” Cooper bit out.

“Addison found him through the app. He’s at a bar near his house. Keep an eye on him for me,” Hawk said. “After we drop Jericho’s SUV at the hospital, we’ll sync up.”

“How are you feeling?” Cooper asked.

“Furious. He fucking killed Barry.”

“How’s Addison holding up?” Cooper asked.

“She’s my rock.”

“You ready to document your relationship with HR?” Cooper asked.

“That obvious?” Hawk replied.

“Only to everyone in the wedding party,” Cooper replied, and the men laughed. “Seriously, I’m glad you’re okay. You’re always there for everyone, all the damn time. The thought of you in that freezer makes my blood run cold.”

Hawk chuffed out a laugh. “Good one. I needed that.”

“Tommy won’t get away with this.”

“The son of a bitch took my phone and turned it off, because he knows about the ALPHA tracker app.”

“But he doesn’t know about the chip in our necks,” Cooper replied.

“No, he doesn’t,” Hawk replied. “I can’t wait to see his expression when his dead cousin arrests his ass.”

The call ended as Addison rolled into the hospital parking lot. She parked Jericho’s Escalade, got in Hawk’s SUV.

“I called Jericho and brought him up to speed,” Addison said.

Hawk pulled up to the hospital entrance as Jericho strode outside. Both he and Addison got out.

Jericho pulled Hawk in for a hand-clasp. “You want me to kill him? Because I will. Just say the word.”
