“Who the hell is Lydia?” Ryker asked.

“My wife,” Clint answered. “She can run rings around every man on this call when it comes to finding out shit.”

“Just remember that, Querida,” a woman with a Hispanic accent laughed in the background. “Gideon, I’ve sent you the specs.”

“Anything else?” Kane asked.

“Just continue a deep dive on Risk Guard. I have no idea what we’re looking for, but try to find something that shows them paying for outside mercenary consultants. If someone was so stupid as to build a shell company to pay for this shit in Tillamook, they might be paying their goons through the company too.”

“We’re on it,” Dex promised. “From now on, you call in to me. Got it?”

“Yes,” Gideon promised.

They hung up.

“How much longer?” he asked Ryker.

“Five minutes.”
