I chuckled. She was making it hard not to head to the god realm now.

A second message popped up before I had a chance to reply.

I was thankful that could be my answer. One of the many advantages of being senior in the company I worked for was more flexible hours. Which was going to be a particularly good thing if I was going to start having to commute from the god realm. I was under no illusions that this was going to be a one-time thing.

My phone pinged.

I knew the answer, but it felt like a fun question to ask all the same.

Not that I actually had any, but she didn't need to know that. Yet.

"Want to go back to the oasis?" I asked my dog.

He perked up.

"Menhit has invited you too. Though I don't suppose we'll see a lot of you again." He seemed to enjoy the open space around Menhit's home, which was good for his energy levels, and my desire to be alone with the gorgeous goddess.

My phone pinged again, pulling my attention back to it.

Unsure what to reply, I waited for a moment and was rewarded by a photo popping up on the screen.

My mouth went dry at the photo. Menhit reclined on her bed, with only a loose sheet draped over her waist and an arm artfully placed across her chest. Her dark skin was a delightful contrast to the pale sheets, and her long legs were only accentuated by the pose.

I sucked in a deep breath, trying to tamp down the desire growing within me. What I wouldn't give to be there right now with her legs wrapped around me and her body pressed against mine. The thought alone was enough to make me painfully hard.

I groaned.

The best kind, and I could see myself signing up for many more years of this ahead.

I didn't see any use in keeping that to myself when she was purposefully trying to drive me to the edge.

I wasn't sure I'd ever done this with anyone before, but it was hot.

She was hot.

Another message popped up before I could respond.

It was a shame that she had to go, but I knew it was probably better for me if she did, then I could focus on the rest of my tasks for the day without being distracted by Menhit.
