“Get up. I’m finna nut.” His warning only made me grind my hips faster.

“Nut in me. I want to feel it in my stomach.” The words sounded foreign to my ears, but a part of me wanted to see if he’d do it.

The request surprised us both. For a split second, he considered it. Then he did the responsible thing and lifted me up to nut on my thigh instead.

“Fuck.” He released a deep breath as he placed me on the mattress and straightened.

His post-sex body looked good enough to eat—sweat coated his deep brown skin, his beard glistened with my juices, and his muscles were undeniably present. Every movement he made had me mesmerized.

“I’m gon’ clean you up, okay?” he asked softly.

The gentleness of his tone fueled my delusions.

He wanted me.

A man didn’t do what we did if he didn’t have feelings for me, right?

“Mmm, okay,” I mumbled as I remained in place.

My eyes watched his every move. He disappeared into my bathroom and came back with a warm, wet towel. He cleaned me with delicate movements.

“You can barely keep your eyes open, Sunni.”

“Hmm?” I blinked slowly.

His smile as he tucked me into bed was the last thing I remembered before sleep consumed me.

When my eyes fluttered open, the darkness greeted me. Memories of what I’d done prior to my sleep hit me like a tidal wave. I ran my hands through my hair and shook my head.

That’s the type of dick that will make me hide in his bushes.

I giggled to myself as I sat up and stretched. Part of me expected Noble to occupy the space beside me, but I was alone. I should have known better than to think sex would be enough.

With a few swift motions, I grabbed my phone from the bedside table and opened up our text thread. My perfectly manicured nails tapped the screen fiercely.

ME:

You’ve got some nerve, Mr. Nash. Do you know how rude it is to knock the sonic rings out of my pussy and then leave me alone in the room? You got me feeling like Yvette in Baby Boy. I hate you Jody.

After pressing send, I tossed my phone on the bed. I stood and let my joints and bones crack and stretch before I headed into the bathroom to wash the scent of this man off my body. How rude of him it was to infiltrate all my senses, my thoughts, and my heart all at once.

It pissed me off so badly to know I was madly in love with this man, and we’d only known each other for a couple of weeks. How the hell did I get into this situation? I’d never been one tobeg a man for a damn thing. Most of the men on my roster would be on bended knee ready to give me the stars in the sky if I asked for them.

But Noble was different.

Noble was dark.

Noble was mysterious.

Noble was dangerous.

“Even in the shower, I can’t get this man out of my mind.” I let out a frustrated breath and finished my routine. By the time I returned to my room, I had my signature scent, my bonnet, and my robe on.

Knock. Knock.

The light taps against my bedroom door caught my attention.

“Yes?” I called out.
