Osear.
Oriel.
They have taken her from me.
It is time I seek my revenge. They will not have what is mine. I will take everything from them.

Mymateisgone.Again.My wolf is manic.
A ferality I’ve never known moves through my cracking bones, tearing through muscles.
I will save her.
I will find her.
I will lose my mind, my body and my life trying.

“Solen,findher.Youmust…”
I fall to my knees on the cobblestones. Pain so unimaginable, death would be an easier conviction rips through me at an alarming rate—an unwinding of strings. A tether being yanked from my heart.
I grip my chest, losing all breath. My hands rip through my shirt.
A roar sounds from my right, a God with black and silver threads pulling from his chest. It’s beautiful in its horror as he hovers above the ground, his wings bentbehind him.
A final tug comes from my body, and suddenly, I’m falling, lost and confused. Love is no longer my compass. Only pain and a never-ending emptiness greet me.

Revengeissweet.
My blood pumps a heady rhythm under my skin. I stare down at the small human woman on the floor of my grand foyer. She doesn’t fit. She’s beneath me, so small and frail.
That’s it.The only humans allowed within my private housing are slaves.
She is an abomination.
“What should we do with her?” Oriel’s voice is hushed, afraid to wake thetiny beast.
Osear has no qualms with waking her, nudging his booted foot against her stomach. She lets out a small groan.
“Wrath,” I call.He will take care of her.He always takes care of anything I need. When I hear his footsteps behind me, I tell him what is required. “Take this child to the dungeons. I will not have her sullying my marble floors.”
“Yes, my Goddess,” he lilts. His significant form moves before us, those beautifully dark wings stretching wide.
“After you dispose of that, you are required in my bedroom.”
He nods his head, carefully lifting the human. My heart does a strange gallop at the sight of her in his arms.I don’t like it.I want to strangle her, but that thing is my leverage, and I will finally have what is mine.
