Harvest Magic

She’s got a bear of a crush… no, make that a crush on a bear. A fated mates bear shifter romance, whether she wants it or not.

Empty nester Nora is ready for a fresh start. After years of coparenting with her irresponsible ex, her kids are grown, gone, and thriving — and she’s finally free to focus on herself. When her aunt offers her a room at the family estate, a place where she can learn how to practice magic and join a coven, Nora jumps at the chance to reinvent herself somewhere new.

What she doesn’t need? A gruff bear shifter who’s already decided she’s his mate.

Ollie is a military veteran who’s seen enough of the world to know exactly what he wants: quiet, solitude, and the secluded cabin he bought in the woods outside town. He’s settling nicely into his mountain man — well, mountain bear — era, until a trip to the harvest festival for some sweets turns up something sweeter: his mate.

Nora insists she doesn’t want a relationship. Ollie is determined to change her mind — and the whole shifter town of Greysden is ready to help.

This steamy, laugh-out-loud midlife paranormal romance features a perimenopausal witch who just wants to be left alone, a bear shifter hero with definite golden retriever energy, and a small town full of matchmakers determined to get them their happily ever after.

About the “Magical Midlife” series: Just outside the shifter town of Greysden sits Rosewater Manor, a place shrouded in magic. The Rosewater women and their friends all have special gifts, although sometimes they’re a bit glitchy. At least until they find true love…
