Healed By the Rebellious Robot

This tin can jagoff better keep his distance because I’m not the kind of mayor who needs a babysitter.

A powerful witch whose life is in danger…

Mayor Emma Crane prides herself on being the unshakable leader Mapletown needs, but when her closest confidant suffers a violent attack, she doubts whether she’s the right person for the job.

Her overbearing family offers an ultimatum disguised as a solution: To ensure her safety, Emma must agree to let a tall, imposing robot guard her every move, or she’ll lose her place in the local coven and her powers will disappear.

Emma’s resentment toward her bodyguard, model ABE39, is palpable, especially when he watches her sleep and even follows her into the bathroom. She hates him, and she mourns the loss of her privacy, no matter how much safer she is with him around.

A guard bot who’s so much more than he seems…

When Emma starts receiving mysterious threats, she has no choice but to accept his presence. After an attempted kidnapping as she’s leaving the office, Abe proves he’ll stop at nothing to protect her. That’s when she starts to see his value, and his once vexing habits become charming little quirks.

His programming is limited to keeping her safe, so why does he grow desperate to hear her laugh? To learn how she longs to be touched? He wasn’t built for companionship, but after meeting Emma, he’s eager to remain at her side for all of her tomorrows.

The last thing she wanted was to be sidled with a clingy android, but she’s about to find out this machine has a mind of its own.

Healed by the Rebellious Robot is a high-heat, cozy monster romance featuring a plus size, powerful witch FMC who’s mayor of Mapletown, and unwillingly under the protection of a muscular robot bodyguard MMC who’s only goal is to keep her safe, despite how surly she is.
