Keida, the Lunar Cleric, of the Order of Avaris, and a frost Fae is a stickler for the rules. So when the Hierophant Rex commands she oversee the order and his daughter while he sees to an ominous vision he’s been given by their Lady Avaris, Goddess of Night, she takes it seriously.
