Twice the Problems

Once a notorious gold digger, Salem got that gold… and his dead husband’s grown stepsons. He has a problem.

After Salem’s husband passed, leaving him a billionaire, he should’ve gotten to quietly live the unbothered life he always dreamed of having. Unfortunately, Salem was nowhere near JD’s first spouse. Two of his past marriages left him an ex-stepson apiece, but JD had loved the boys like his own. That leaves Salem the responsibility of caring for them. Make no mistake, they’re grown men, but the pair are also what people might describe as pretty but too dumb to live. Salem couldn’t love them more.
Dodge and Quest have been best friends for years. JD was a good parent to them, even after he technically wasn’t their dad anymore. Thankfully, JD didn’t leave them with nothing when he passed. Their one-third of his enormous beachside mansion means they don’t have to leave their home… or Salem. Every day of living with Salem brings them closer to feelings they never expected. They’re not opposed to sharing. Now they just need to convince Salem to see them as more than a responsibility. That’ll be the tricky part.
