I had no children yet of my own, and so instead did what I know was best, and that was invest in myself. If anything ever happened to Tazer I had this place to fall back on, along with a few other big purchases no one yet knew about, and that was a peace of mind comfort worth every penny spent investing.
I hadn't been here in a while as it was rather far out from the city for me to travel, which attractively was one of the main reasons I’d purchased it. It was however the perfect getaway whenever I did have time, which with my busy life unfortunately wasn't often, so made it all the more special whenever I did. It proved the theory though of why having more than one place of residency was particularly important to the everyday businessman.

Sometimes in life we meet people who are just that cut above the rest, who shine their own special light that borders and guides others out of their darkness. From the day I first laid eyes on Hudson, to the unexpected moment we met right up to now, I knew in my heart he was my special light. He'd not only taken me out of my darkness but had made every day shine bright ever since.
The unconditional way in which Hudson displayed his affection for me, was more gift to my heart than any material possession he could ever give me. But his ever-growing generosity meant that wasn't enough, as I found my breath suddenly whisked away from me when Hudson softly took my hand in his, and placed into my palm from out of nowhere a long red velvet gift box.
''Open it...'' he smiled looking down at me, and with a bashful flutter of my eyes I carefully lifted the pretty lid and looked inside...
''Oh Hudson no, I...I can't take this'' I said closing the box and looking again up at him.
''Of course you can sweetheart, I bought it especially for you'' he smiled again, and gently took the dal monte bracelet from out the box and clasped it securely around my wrist ''nothing will ever be as beautiful as you Taylor, but please forgive my efforts for trying'' he said, gently smoothing his fingers over my hand admiring the bracelet on me.
''I really don't know what to say, my god Hudson it's sooo beautiful'' I gushed, and it really was, as I stood staring just as admiringly at the gorgeous looking bracelet around my wrist, whose rich beauty sparkled every shimmer of light that caught it ''thank you just isn't enough'' I said looking up at him, and warmly pressed my lips to his with one of our most romantic kisses to date.
''I'm glad baby, your smile right now is brighter than all those diamonds combined'' he said holding me close.
''D-diamonds? Did you say...diamonds??'' I gasped!
''I did'' smiled Hudson ''it's the most precious of all the stones, and I wouldn't buy my precious sweetheart anything less'' he said, and I felt my eyes sting hard over the heartfelt meaning of his sweet touching words.
''You're precious to me too Hudson, in ways you can't even begin to imagine. And while I know I could never gift you back something quite as precio-''
''You already have'' he whispered, leaning down and silencing me with a kiss. Nothing could take away the romantic moment we found ourselves in, as we stood kissing in the warm comfort of each other's arms inside the beautiful mansion walls around us.

''Ugh, sorry baby, stupid me forgot to re-direct my calls for the day'’ moaned Hudson irritably, begrudgingly unlocking his lips from mine to answer his phone ‘’yeah, just give me a sec’’ he said with a bored tone into the receiver, before looking back apologetically at me.
''Aww no that's okay, you go take your call’’ I told him ‘’we have the entire weekend together to continue kissing'' I winked up at him.
''Mmm, I'm counting on it'' he winked back ''in the meantime though why don't you go take a look around some more, get yourself cozy and comfortable while I make a few business calls. Then later, we'll take a nice romantic walk together around the property grounds before getting us something to eat, how does that sound?''
''You sure know how to romance a girl'' I grinned up at him.
''Just the one'' he said towering his sexy height over me, and leaned down kissing my lips once more before walking away to go take his call ''really Skipp? You can't go the one day without me?'' I heard him mutter into the receiver, making me chuckle.
With Hudson off on his business call, myself and my beautiful diamond-freakin' bracelet went gallivanting off around the rest of the gargantuan property, with a continuous ooh and aah over everything in sight.
Never in my life had my eyes taken in such beauty, and I couldn't help but continuously pinch myself with the literal belief I would wake with a jolt out from this glorious dream I was having.
But it was no dream.
I was really here, pauper to princess-style inside a beautiful mansion with my millionaire boyfriend. I wanted to laugh, cry, squeal, and run around naked all at the same time...okay, maybe not that last part lol, but excitement can make you do some crazy things at times. I had a lot to learn still transitioning into my new life, but I also had the greatest teacher I could wish for to show me how to do it right. Someone whose patience and care of me meant I could mold myself at a pace comfortable to me, into the lady I always wanted to become.
I continued looking around with my eyes falling in love with everything it landed on. The entire decor of Hudson's home was embellished in rich colors of creams and gold, from elegant velvet fabrics draping each of the windows, to the smooth marble and gold luxury-styled bathrooms –six of them by the way!
