He let out an involuntary sigh when they parted. Quinn’s grey eyes were glazed, a dusting of light red across his cheeks, and his lips were slick with their spit. He was devastating, and Jericho was lost.

Quinn kissed him once more and then his chin, his cheek, his temple, his forehead.

Jericho was reeling, unable to get the ground to stop moving beneath his feet.

“Goodnight, Jericho,” Quinn said.

When he turned Jericho over, Jericho let him. An arm slid around his waist as Quinn settled in behind him. The heat surrounded him like a security blanket, warm and comforting.

“Goodnight,” Jericho mumbled in response.

He lay awake for a long time, staring at nothing. He didn’t know how long it took before the out-of-sync breathing of the other four lulled him to sleep.
