“Bianca, for the first part of our deal, I want you to wear my jersey to the football game on Saturday. We can see each other after the game.”

Her eyes widened as she leaned forward slightly. “B-but I thought—”

“You thought the deal only had to do with sex?”

She nodded once before she looked down at the ground for a moment. Her eyes shot back up to me, and she said, “I can’t wear your jersey on Saturday. I don’t have one and it would make people suspicious.”

“You can say you lost a bet.”

Her gaze narrowed on me. “I’ll think about it.”

I didn’t say that there would be consequences for not obeying what I wanted, but she’d find out soon enough.

Bianca got into her car. Before she closed the door behind her, I said, “I’ll see you on Saturday.”

“Maybe.”

She closed the door, and I moved back so that she could drive off.

As I watched her slowly drive away, I told myself I needed to shove thoughts of her out of my mind and focus on what needed to happen tomorrow.

Football.

It always made me nervous.

Having been to more of Nash’s football games than I could count, I still couldn’t stop the nerves I got every time he took the field. But at least I wasn’t alone.

"Hey, Raven. Can I ask you something?"

Raven turned to look at me and gave me a wide smile. She and I decided that we would attend today's game together, and I invited Iris along with us. It would give her an opportunity to get off Westwick’s main campus for a bit, which she needed with her stalker still roaming around.

“Sure. What’s up?”

“Did you get the invite to the luncheon?”

“What luncheon?”

“The one that my sorority is hosting. I asked them to invite you, and I noticed you weren’t there, so I didn’t know if you’d gotten left off the guest list or what,” I said.

“I did get the invite, but with everything going on…”

She made an excellent point. “It’s fine, and I completely understand. But I wanted you to know that we did extend an invitation to you in case you wanted to come and see what we are all about. Just let me know. It would be a bit more informal than if it were our regular recruitment, but…”

She nodded and smiled. “I’ll definitely let you know, Bianca. Thank you.”

We both turned back to the game, and we watched as Nash threw a pass to Easton, and Easton took off down the field.

I glanced down at the jersey I had on before I looked back at the game and said, "Part of me wants to root for him because I'll be rooting for the Bears, but it's also fuckinghim."

I could see Raven turned her head slightly to look at me. "You hate him that much, huh?"

"You don't even know."

“Does your brother know how much you dislike him?”
