“Didn’t you know they’re married?”

“An old married couple?” Frank added.
I smiled and shook my head. How had I not noticed?
I’d seen them come in together most days, but the unique rocky landscape of the island meant the resort was on the edge of one of the only two small towns in La Catarina. Many of the staff lived within walking distance of the resort, so I hadn’t thought too much of it.
“In that case, I guess I’m spending the day with my husband. He’s been on me to check out that new bakery that opened on Pebble street.”
“Why don’t you two come over for lunch? My son and nephew are back home from college, and I’d love to introduce you to them.”
“Sounds good. I guess I’ll see you tomorrow then.”
An hour later, I was greeted by Griff, who jumped me as soon as I closed the front door of the apartment.
“Mm, baby,” I moaned, setting my bag gently down on the floor so I wouldn’t break the bottle of wine I’d bought on the way home.
I managed to keep focus only long enough to toe my shoes off. A sign that I was home and could finally relax.
“Are you still off tomorrow?” Griff asked, running his fingers through my hair without stopping our make-out session.
“Hmm.”
“Is that a yes?”
“Hmm.”
He pulled his head back to look at me.
“What?” I said, pressing him against the hallway wall and feasting on his neck.
“Mal…”
“Hmm…?”
He giggled when I sucked on the spot I knew drove him crazy. Even between layers of clothing, I could still feel his cock twitching.
I was pretty sure it wasn’t dinner time. Who needed food anyway?
Fuck my rumbling stomach.
“Are. You. Off. Tomorrow?” he asked again.
I stood back so he could put his feet on the ground, but I didn’t let him go.
“Yes. Frank asked us to have lunch with him. Apparently, his son and nephew are back from college.”
“That’s great. I like Frank. Should we go to the new bakery and buy dessert?”
I chuckled. “Why doesn’t your suggestion surprise me?”
