Now why would I do that?

EXT. WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
A derelict monolith, black against the dark night. Once a factory or warehouse, it is neither now. Blind windows, doorways linked by the skeleton steel of old fire escapes that wrap their steps and platforms round the floors. The concrete car park, cracked by weeds, is almost deserted. A VAN, stationary. Through the windscreen, Michael and Gabriel watch, nervous.
INT. VAN – NIGHT
Holly and Jonah huddle on the floor. Holly rocks the Baby in its tatty Moses basket, tries to catch Jonah’s eye, but he deliberately avoids her gaze. On the pretext of resettling the Baby, Holly hauls herself up, peers through the windscreen. Her desperate eyes search the darkness …
MICHAEL
(harsh whisper)
Get down!
No sign of Ashleigh. She ducks back down.
HOLLY
What are we waiting for?
JONAH
Ssh! All the other angels.
Michael and Gabriel, both tense and brooding, share an unreadable glance.
EXT. WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
Finally, a movement. A door opens, two floors up. A FIGURE on the platform. Elemiah.
INT. VAN – NIGHT
Gabriel and Michael jump, hiss …
GABRIEL
Now!
MICHAEL
Move!
GABRIEL
Quiet!
