I remember there were two series based on the same incidents, screened just a few weeks apart, but in my opinion, yours was by far the superior of the two. A coven of evil, twisted men were responsible for what happened, so it’s a no-brainer to focus on that side of the story.
Can I ask if you, or anyone else involved in the production, spoke to the victims as part of your research?

The under-funding of social services by an uncaring government and the failings of key professionals were responsible for what happened, so it’s a no-brainer to focus on that side of the story.
