I’ve only got the first few pages. We didn’t request the full manuscript as he was (no doubt still is) an unknown name. Will send what I have.

INT. HOSPITAL A&E RECEPTION – NIGHT
It’s busy. A dirty, blood-stained and dishevelled TEENAGE GIRL (Holly, 17), glazed with shock, walks through the bustle to a reception desk. The RECEPTIONIST (30s, female) looks up. Her expression changes … this is no ordinary walk-in.
TEENAGE GIRL
I’ve had a baby.
The Receptionist picks up the phone.
RECEPTIONIST
When, love?
TEENAGE GIRL
Weeks ago.
The Receptionist raises her eyebrows, professional.
RECEPTIONIST
Where did you have it?
TEENAGE GIRL
The street. I was scared …
The Receptionist nods with warm, knowing compassion.
RECEPTIONIST
(into phone)
A lady nurse to front, please.
(to the Teenage Girl)
Where’s the baby now?
The Teenage Girl shakes her head, confused.
TEENAGE GIRL
Here.
