She rolled those exotic eyes. “What’s the deal?”
“Would it be okay if I came closer?”
A long pause followed her words. I observed her fingers slip behind her and grab something. I forced myself to keep a straight face although a grin threatened to emerge.
You’re always on the hunt, aren’t you?
“Yes,” she said. “You can come closer.”
Fast, I raced toward her, seizing her thighs and squeezing the soft flesh.
She widened her eyes. Yet, her hand hiding the secret object flew up and tried to throw it.
I caught her wrist and held it tight in my grip. Immediately, I spotted a new needle full of venom between her fingers. “Damn, fairy, how many of these things do you have?”
She groaned. “Not many after tonight.”
“Drop it or I break your arm.”
The needle fell to the desk.
“Now back to our conversation.” I yanked her dress up.
She gasped.
“My deal is win-win.” I stroked her outer hips. “You let me feed from you and I help you trap other incubi.”
“I don’t need your help.” She smacked my hands away from her hips. “As you said before, my reputation precedes me.”
Laughter bubbled from my chest. My hands returned to her legs. I pushed them under her dress, slipping them up those soft thighs and stopping at her secret place. The one I yearned to expose with my tongue. I tenderly touched her panties. Lace teased the tip of my fingers.
She moaned and then blinked as if in shock. Next, she guided my hands away.
A dark growl erupted from my throat. I targeted her with my eyes.
“Is there a problem?” She smirked.
“I want to taste you.”
“Then taste me.” She flashed me a wide smile. The tip of her fangs peeked out.
“I don’t trust you to put those fangs away.”
“Then, you’re smart too.”
“You need me, hunter. You’ve trapped only young incubi. Now word has spread. You won’t get near the Boto Brothers without my help.” Fast, I lifted her onto the desk before she could stop me. “I could find their hiding spots, see through their cloaking, and trap them quickly.”
“You’re lying.”
“Demons can’t lie.”
“They sure can. In fact, they always lie.”
“You know a lot of demons?”
“I’ve caught enough of them.”
“But none like me. Let’s work together.”
