Why the hell had she agreed to this?
She knew exactly who this guy was, and that was the problem. She’d already been tempted in the past by the large sums of cash offered to her to meet with him privately. She didn’t fuck guys from the club, and yet she couldn’t deny fantasizing about the undeniably sexy man beside her. The urge to cave every time she saw him was strong, which shook her.
She didn’t want or need a man in her life. It was better to stay away. She was no one’s call girl, no one’s fuck buddy for money, no matter how desperate she was to pay her bills, and this guy didn’t strike her as the exclusive kind.
Renee stole a glance at the man that was sitting beside her on the bus and thought he looked very out of place. Even in a simple T-shirt and jeans, an aura of not belonging wafted off him. He sat like he owned the bus. Hell, he actually might after his last admission because the watch on his wrist was worth more than her house, let alone the designer jeans and the large sum of cash in his wallet.
She glanced up at his face and mentally kicked her ass.
Why the fuck did this guy have to be so good-looking?
She was happy for the bus’s rocking motion. It helped hide her uncomfortable squirming as her body screamed for him to do more than simply talk to her. He towered over her with a body that would fall into every girl’s fantasy, making her feel very small and ugly in comparison. Feeling awkward, she looked down at her feet.
After a long moment, she dared one more look, and damn, he had one of those perfect square jaws with a dusting of a five o’clock shadow and sky blue eyes that were piercing, eyes that could reach in and clutch her soul. Even his hair was sexy, all sandy blond and messy, but it looked like he’d styled it that way to complement his sun-kissed skin that was a perfect tan.
“So, what kind of music do you like?” he said.
“Huh?” Renee shook her head, ridding it of the wild sexual images, confused by his question.
“Music, what kind of music do you like?”
“That’s really what you want to know?” She gripped the backpack tighter in her lap as his lip curled up in the sexiest look she’d ever seen.
“Actually, I’d prefer to ask you if you’re single, and if not, who I need to kill so you are?” He smiled at the joke, but she felt her eyes go wide as panic set in.
“I wasn’t serious. It was a joke, I swear.” His eyes searched her face, and she swallowed hard.
This guy wasn’t Tyson.
She looked away from his inquisitive stare and nodded, refusing to show her discomfort.
“I’d also like to know how you like to be fucked? I’m thinking you like to mix it up between sweet and sensual and being fucked so hard you’d scream until the walls came down. Maybe even forget your own name. What is your favorite position, and what is your record for the number of orgasms in one session because I plan on breaking it.”
Renee’s eyes locked with his as her mouth fell open at his unbelievably bold proclamation.
Was he for real?
Suddenly, her throat felt as if it had closed, and no air could get in. Dealing with this man and her raging hormones was like walking head-on into a desert storm.
“I…I…” Renee licked her lips, and Arek’s hand gently cupped her chin, the pad of his thumb running over her moistened bottom lip.
“I’d stop doing that.” Arek lowered his voice to a gravelly whisper. “Unless you want me to fuck you on this bus? And trust me, I’m happy to do so.”
She shivered in his touch. Unlike with Tyson, her body responded as if she’d stepped into a wildfire of desire. Her eyes had a mind of their own and flicked down to his pants. It horrified and excited her that she could see the large bulge of his admitted excitement. Her arousal spiked, and her breath shuddered as it finally left her lungs.
She was so wet she feared she was going to leave behind a stain on the bus seat. The idea of such a display on this disgusting bus should have squelched her libido, but instead, all she could picture was pulling his cock out and sitting on his lap. It had been way too long since she’d had sex…way, way too long, and she needed it bad.
His lips were suddenly right beside her ear, her body jerking as he spoke, “Just say the word, and I’ll make sure you never look at a bus the same way again.”
The heat from his body was penetrating her own. Her heart was thumping so loud it was all she could hear.
This was insane!
She barely knew this man, and she was tempted to take him up on his offer. Was she really that desperate for attention, that needy?
With all the willpower she had, she pressed herself into the window behind her to put space between them.
“I think you have the wrong impression of the type of woman I am.”
