“Still all sass, I’ll work that out of you.” He slid his tongue out across his bottom lip, and she wanted to throw up.
“Keep dreaming.” She stepped back, his eyes flaring with anger at her insubordination.
“You may want to rethink your decision. It would be a shame if anyone got hurt because of your bitch attitude.” Tyson looked down at J.J., and it took all of her strength not to claw his eyes out. But that’s what he wanted. His eyes were daring her to make a move, but landing in jail wasn’t going to help her baby brother.
“You touch one hair on his head, and you will find out just how much bitch I have in me.”
Tyson laughed and turned to look at his group, all of them smirking.
“We’ll see, won’t we.” He reached for her arm, but she took another step away from him. J.J. attached to her leg like glue, moving with her.
“Go ahead and touch me. I’ll make sure every camera here sees a young girl screaming for her life from a gang of men. I know how to actrealwell. I’m sure you’ll look great in orange while having your asses fucked,” Renee said in a hushed tone, feeling her own eyes flare with anger.
“Oh, yeah, girl?” Tyson leaned in, so his cheek was almost touching hers. “You got a mouth, and my god, it gets my cock hard.” Her body was rigid, every muscle screaming to get the hell away from him. “You can keep your little dream for now, but the day is coming real soon that you will be my queen bitch, and I will make you pay for that mouth.”
“Yo man, we got security patrol coming,” Cody said.
Renee’s eyes flicked to her brother’s, and at that moment, she hated him more than she hated her mother for leaving. He was her older brother, the last man in the house, her brave protector, and once her best friend. Now she didn’t recognize the man who would allow someone to threaten her like this.
“I don’t care about fake Po-Po.”
“We don’t need the heat,” Cody said, and Tyson shot him a glare.
“You do look fine, Bambi.” He emphasized her stripper name, and she knew then he’d seen her mostly naked, and she could feel bile rising in the back of her throat. “‘Til later.”
Tyson gave her a wink and slowly sauntered away, his posse in toe. Cody never looked back, and she could feel more tears threatening to make an appearance.
“Nae Nae?”
Renee immediately let go of J.J.’s head, completely forgetting that she was still pressing him into her leg. “Yeah, sweetie, what’s up?”
“I don’t like him.”
“Neither do I, J.J., neither do I.” Renee stared down at her brother’s wide brown eyes and sighed.
Not that she wanted Tyson to follow through on his threat, but as she watched them disappear into dots in the distance, she wondered why he hadn’t taken her already. Fear like lead settled in her stomach, so she needed a new plan. Her first order of business was to find a way to move somewhere safe. She needed to get the fuck away from the Crimson Vipers, and more importantly, Tyson.
