"No problem,” he replied. "Just shout if you want anything else."
Natalia picked up the spoon the Shapeshifter placed on the table for her, and started swirling it around in her bowl of food.
"It's not poisonous, you know," Taredd told her. "It's only food, and I promise it doesn't taste that bad."
"It doesn't look too nice though,” she said, pulling a face at it.
"Try it,” he encouraged. "You won't know if you like it if you don't try it."
"Fine, but if I get food poisoning, you'll be cleaning up the mess after I've projectile vomited everywhere,” she said, waving her spoon at him.
"Okay, that's a deal," Taredd agreed.
"I'm not offering you a deal,” she told him. "I'm stating a fact, because I'm seriously not cleaning up sick after being given food poisoning again."
"As I said, it's not a problem, because you're not going to get food poisoning,” he said, shaking his head. "Now, stop playing with your food and eat up already."
"Fine, but don't say I didn't warn you," Natalia told him.
Admittedly, it didn't live up to his standards, but it didn't taste too bad, and it certainly wasn't going to give her food poisoning. Even still, Natalia sniffed the food and licked a little off the spoon before finally giving in and eating it properly.
Taredd couldn't help but smile... and be slightly turned on... when her tongue peeked out and licked the spoon. Whatever spell she had on him, was getting stronger by the minute. Taredd didn't know whether he should be worried or not, but for the time being, he was going to take each moment as it came.
