“Ever?” he asked, an eyebrow quirked.

“Ever. Let’s just say I don’t have a lot of experience with sex in general,” she said softly, “And the sex I do have experience with was with a guy who didn’t really care about what I wanted.”

Kyle sat down beside her and tucked a stray lock of hair behind her ear. “We do not have to do anything you don’t want to do, you know,” he said. “In fact, I probably jumped the gun putting this on. I can go take it off right now and just hold you, if that’s what you want.”

Kyle drew in a deep breath when Callie’s small hand wrapped around his erection. “That’s not what I want at all, Kyle,” she said softly. “Now get over here and touch me.”

“My pleasure,” he said.

Callie fell back into the pillows, her wild hair cascading all around her. He climbed on top of her, gently planting kisses all over her body, loving the sounds his touch elicited from her.

“You taste so good, Callie,” he whispered onto her skin. “So damn good. I could kiss you all day.”

“I want to feel you, Kyle,” she said softly, her eyes big. “All of you.”

Kyle gently placed his weight on her until his erection was flush with her center. “Are you okay?” he asked.

She nodded.

“Are you sure?”

“So damn sure.”

That was all the encouragement Kyle needed. At her words, he thrust inside her, hearing himself cry out at the same time Callie did. He reveled in the feel of her. She was tight and wet and so…damn…perfect.

“You feel so damn perfect,” he said, echoing his thoughts. “Shit, Callie. Why do you feel so good?”

Kyle began thrusting in and out, feeling her muscles tense in response. He pressed kisses anywhere to her skin he could; her eyelids, her cheeks, her lips, her collarbone. He began increasing his rhythm, feeling her breasts rubbing against his chest, hearing her breathing hitch. He could feel the pressure building inside of him. He didn’t know how much longer he was going to last.

“Kyle,” Callie said breathlessly, her eyes locking with his. “Kyle, I think I’m going to…Kyle!”

At the sound of his name rolling of his lips and the feel of her contracting around him, Kyle exploding in a feeling of light and sound and touch and Callie. Nothing but Callie. Holy. Shit. What an orgasm.

Kyle laidon his side in bed, one arm holding up his head, staring at the woman he loved. He had always thought she was beautiful with clothes on, but it didn’t even compare to what she looked like without them. Callie was lying on her stomach, a sheet covering her bottom down, leaving her back bare. He didn’t ever think backs could be sexy, but that was before he saw hers. Beautiful curves and soft skin. He could look at her all day. One arm was tucked under her body and the other was stretched above her head. Her hair flowed in a fan across her back and trailed onto his pillow. He knew his sheets were going to smell like her lotion, his pillow like her hair. He didn’t know he could love a person this much.

Kyle leaned down and gently planted a kiss on her shoulder. With a sigh, Callie opened her eyes and smiled up at him. “I didn’t mean to wake you,” he said. “I like watching you sleep.”

“Creeper,” she said with a sleepy grin. “Have you been up long?”

Kyle smiled and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear that had flipped over to cover her eyes. “No. Just woke up.”

“What time is it?

“Around nine. I’m hungry. You?”

Callie sat up and stretched. “I could eat. Whatcha got?”

“Sugar-laden cereal. Come on, Curly. Give it a try. You only live once.”

Callie rolled her eyes. “I guess I will. Just this once. Do you have something semi-healthy? Like Frosted Flakes or something?”

Kyle grinned. “I can go look.” He flipped his comforter off his legs and headed for the door. “I have extra toothbrushes under the cabinet if you want one. I always buy extra in case I get sick and have to throw mine out. That way I don’t have to go to the store and get another.”

“Look at you, thinker.”

“My momma didn’t raise an idiot. I will be a sure survivor of a zombie apocalypse.”

“Yeah, because extra toothbrushes ensure you of that safety.”
