Zane winced as he shifted position so he was settled on his knees again, not the balls of his feet, then dropped his head to Avi’s shoulder, Avi’s dick still buried inside him.

Felix crawled up the bed to lie on the pillows. Asa curved around him comfortably.

Avi stroked Zane’s hair, then his back, but made no attempt to remove Zane’s face from the crook of his neck. When he finally slipped free of Zane’s body, Zane made a whiny noise.

Avi carefully laid Zane on the bed between them, arranging him so he was tucked against his chest.

“You okay, Lois?” Asa asked, his tone careful.

He was always so careful with his husband, like he was made of glass.

Zane gave them a sleepy smile. “I’m good. Tired. Wanna sleep.”

“Not yet, Zaney. You need to eat and have a drink. Something with a little sugar in it. You’re still out of it,” Avi said.

He rolled off the bed, then went to the mini-fridge in the corner of the room, grabbing water, an organic apple juice, and peanut butter crackers.

Zane tried to fight them, but there was no way he would win. Not against the three of them.

Felix shared the apple juice and the crackers, and the guys each slammed a water.

Somehow, they ended up with Zane curled against Asa and Felix tucked against Avi, back where they belonged.

His husband kissed his neck, then his shoulder. “Hi, kitten.”

“Hi, baby.”

“I missed you,” he said, the sincerity in his voice making Felix laugh softly.

He cupped Avi’s cheek. “I was right here the whole time.”

“Yeah, but usually, we all gang up on Zaney and take him apart together. I think Zaney missed you, too.”

Asa stroked Zane’s cheek. His eyelids were at half-mast. “Is that true, Lois? Did we not give you enough attention?”

Zane smiled dreamily. “No, it was nice. I liked it. Avi says really sweet things to me, and he kisses me way softer than you or Felix. He treats me like I’m…delicate.”

“You are delicate, Lois,” Asa said, looking so terribly fond of his cock-drunk husband.

“If I were delicate, I wouldn’t be married to you,” Zane said, poking his finger blindly upward, catching one of Asa’s nostrils, then snorting at his indignant look. “You see all the bruises and bite marks on me? Do you think just anyone could take that?”

Asa kissed his temple, giving Felix and Avi an amused look. “You’re right, Lois. You might be tougher than all of us combined.”

Felix couldn’t stop the yawn that overtook him, so deep it made his jaw crack. He gathered Zane against him, tangling their limbs together.

“You guys have first shift,” he said, gesturing vaguely in the direction of the monitor on the dresser.

Avi peppered kisses along his cheek and temple. “We got you, kitten. Get some sleep. We can handle everything else.”

Felix started to drift almost immediately, safe in the knowledge that Asa and Avi would handle everything.

Because they always did. They made Felix and Zane feel safe and loved and protected. All the things they’d sworn they were incapable of.

Felix smiled as Zane burrowed deeper into his arms, trying to tuck his face into his neck.

Sometimes, Felix’s life was so ideal he was afraid he would wake up to find himself still living in that two-bedroom apartment with Jericho, never having met Avi or Zane or Asa, never starting his own fashion label, never having his two sweet boys.

But it was real.
