I completely lost my shit. The laugh hit me like a runaway freight train, and I nearly rolled off the mattress onto the floor.

“What?” I exclaimed, “You think I’m out here collecting athletes like Pokémon?” I choked out, still laughing.

“If the skate fits.”

“Okay. Let’s talk,” I said, settling down and nudging him away. “I think you have the wrong impression of me and my study group, so let’s clear the air.”

“Hmph,” he responded indignantly, stealing another cookie.

“Aht. Aht. Not too much on the cookies now; we can’t have you spilling out of your compression gear like dough.”

“I hate you. Say what you have to say about your ‘study group,’ he drawled, adding extra emphasis to study group like he had already decided whatever I told him was absolute bullshit.

“I did not start the Super Harem Study Group. A group of seniors started the study group a few years ago. They constantly recruited students into the group, making it more of a mentoring opportunity for the first-year students. When I joined, it was two seniors, Monica, a few other girls, and one guy. People left because they graduated, life got too busy, priorities changed, or they felt they’d gotten what they needed from the group. Anyone can join the group. In fact, there are flyers posted in the quad, STEM lab, and the library with the meeting dates and times.”

“Why doesn’t Monica go any longer?”

“She discovered she was a lone-wolf studier.”

“Makes sense.”

“With that being said, I’m not the gatekeeper to the group—people come, people go—that’s the nature of the game. Are you satisfied now?”

Hart shook his head.

“There will never be a world where I’ll be satisfied with you being alone with five men.”

“Says the man who has puck bunnies falling to their knees in his DMs.”

He gently grabbed my cheeks and squeezed until my lips were ridiculously pursed out.

“We talked about this, Sugar. I delete and block,” he said before pressing his lips against mine and releasing me. He kissed me like he meant to make a point—then forgot the point entirely.

One second, it was soft, and the next, his mouth was demanding as he climbed on top of me. He sank beneath the sheet, and his wet mouth was on me, doing that thing I liked and turning me on. Hart Myers gave prologue head; dick was coming in the plot, and I’d be completely spent and satisfied by the time I reached the epilogue.

I reached down and tapped his muscled shoulder repeatedly. My breath whooshed out of me when he gave my clit a powerful suck that left my legs trembling.

Hart came back up for air, shoved his tongue in my mouth, and rolled us over until I was straddling him.

“I need you to finish what you started, Sugar,” he demanded.

I smirked and bit his bottom lip before wrapping my fingers around his swollen dick. A few languid strokes made the man putty in my hands.

“I’m gonna ruin you, Sweet Hart,” I whispered in the dark as his muscles tensed.

He roughly cleared his throat and said, “I love it when you talk sweet to me, Sugar, but I need you to show me.”

I closed my laptop with a grateful sigh and slid it into my backpack. I was nearly done with my senior research project proposal and had one more meeting with my advisor before adding the final touches and officially submitting it. I grabbed my tumbler, slung my backpack over my shoulder, and left for the dining hall for a quick lunch between classes. I’d barely walked out of the building when I noticed a tall figure leaning against a tree. He wore a hoodie pulled low over his brows, sunglasses, and a neck gaiter stretched over his nose and mouth in a poor attempt to disguise himself.

Even from a distance, I could spot him. It was the way he stood—casual, with a silent swagger that couldn’t be replicated, yet bold, like he ran the world.

He pulled his cell phone from his pocket, and mine buzzed a few seconds later. I answered immediately.

“According to your calendar, you should be having lunch at Commons Dining Hall. So you can stand there, glare at me, and turn me on for the next 52 minutes until your next class, or you can let your sugar daddy treat you to lunch. Your call.”

I’m killing him today. Maybe not kill him, but he’s definitely ending up on the IR list tonight!
