A few tables away, Tristen caught my eye. He was seated at a table where he could see me and was dining with three other guests. They looked like they were all enjoying one another’s company and all seemed to talk and contribute to their conversation.
I couldn’t help but watch Tristen as he talked with his friends. Was he hooking up with them? The mere thought of that made my dick start to get stiff, yet made me insanely jealous. Not that I had any right to be. Like Joel, he probably did whatever he wanted. Just then Tristen looked at me, and I swallowed the food I was chewing. He winked at me, and I instantly felt the effects of his wink. Heat appeared on my neck and face while my dick became so uncomfortable beneath the zipper that I had to subtly tug the crotch of my pants under the linen napkin.
After dinner I walked with Joel back toward the lobby where a man was standing alone looking down at his phone.
“I’d like to introduce you to someone,” Joel said as we walked toward the man. Joel called out, “Richard, so glad you could make it.”
The man looked up from his phone and instantly smiled. This Richard guy was easy on the eyes too, so I wasn’t surprised they were friends. In fact, most of the people I’d seen so far this evening were good looking.
“As always, I look forward to these weekends,” Richard said as he glanced at me and then back to Joel. “They’re the highlight of my life.”
“Richard, this is Cash. He’s a sketch artist.”
Sketch artist. Joel had introduced me as a sketch artist. Not as the guy who helped with the vacation cabin rentals, but as an artist. I was filled with pride and so thankful for the opportunity for tonight.
“Really?” Richard had a gleam in his eye and looked at Joel as if in disbelief. “I love art in all forms.” Richard looked over his shoulder toward the section of the lobby that had the tables for the fair. “Do you have a booth for the weekend?”
“Yes, I have one,” I eagerly replied. Could he be my first customer? I was elated with the possibility and realized I had no idea of how to sell myself, or pitch my art.
“Wonderful. I will stop by your booth tonight,” Richard promised.
“Are you already making moves on our artist?”
My head turned in the direction of Tristen’s voice. Did he refer to me as their artist? As in belonging to Joel and Tristen? The wild excitement of such a proclamation began to make my head swell with the benefits of being referred to as “their” anything. My heart began to pound being in such close proximity to the two Silver Fox Daddies. He winked at me as he put his hands on my shoulders and lightly jostled me.
“Hey, Tristen.” Richard greeted Tristen, and they laughed while shaking hands.
“Are you local to Lake Tahoe?” Richard asked as he looked at me.
“I just relocated to the area from Los Angeles. I’m originally from Indiana but moved to L.A. when I was eighteen.”
Richard quickly glanced at Joel and then back at me. He had a smile on his face and nodded at my words.
“So a boy from Indiana who ventured to L.A. You’ve been there since you were eighteen, which would make you, what, twenty-two?” Richard asked, taking a stab at my age.
“Close. I’m twenty-four,” I answered.
Richard nodded and said, “I’ve lived in the Los Angeles area all my life. I have a love-hate relationship with the city. While there are problems there, I can’t imagine living anywhere else.” He gestured toward Joel and then Tristen. “It’s where I met these two gentlemen.”
A waiter approached with a tray of champagne flutes. Richard politely declined, stating that he needed to grab a bite to eat before the fair.
“Cash, it was nice meeting you. I’ll see you tonight at the fair.”
“Thank you. Nice meeting you as well.”
As Richard left us for the restaurant, Joel, Tristen, and I each took some champagne. While I sipped on what was probably the best tasting champagne I’d ever had, I listened to Joel and Tristen talk about tomorrow.
“If I have anyone who wants a sketch done, what areas of the resort do I have access to?” I asked.
“Wherever they want their sketch done,” Joel replied.
“My guess is most will want them by the pool, or in their cabana,” Tristen added. “Or their room maybe.”
“Don’t feel pressured into doing sketches that you’re not comfortable doing,” Joel said. I actually hadn’t thought of that. How wild did these parties get? I stupidly assumed that if someone wanted a sketch it might be just of them nude or something like that. I hadn’t thought that someone would want something really out there. But I guessed I’d figure that part out really soon because it was almost time for the fair to begin.
Joel left Tristen and me, but said he’d stop by my booth in a little while. I was excited and anxious to see how this was going to go and eager to get started.
“Come on; I’ll walk you to your booth,” Tristen offered. I watched him slowly look at me from head to toe and then when our eyes met, he smiled. The way his glances made me feel was wild. When he winked at me, it was as though it was going straight to my dick.
