Beck pulls his hand from mine and bats me away. “None of that right now.”

Both Quinn and I pout at the same time. Beck barks a boisterous laugh so loud that it jiggles Quinn, and a flock of ravens nearby bristle.

“Wow,” he says after he’s caught his breath. “I didn’t realize both of you would be so needy—and this early in the morning.”

“What can I say?” Quinn wiggles her eyebrows. “You’ve unleashed us.”

I squeeze her calf in agreement, and we both smile flirtatiously at Beck.

He shakes his head. “I won’t be worn down. We have sessions to do, and we all need to eat.”

My gaze flickers to Quinn’s pussy and then to Beck’s growing bulge in his shorts. “I can think of other things to eat.”

“No,” he scolds. “We all need showers and real food.”

“Is that an order, Daddy?” I tease.

Quinn giggles, the sound lighting me up inside. Even if Beck takes me over his knee again for being a brat and calling him Daddy—something I know he hates—it will be worth it because of that giggle, a mark of pure joy coming out of my wife.

“What am I going to do with you?” he mutters.

“I could think of a few things,” I counter.

Quinn giggles again, and not even Beck is immune to the sound. Happiness brightens his features as he pats Quinn’s thigh, helping her slide off his lap before they both stand. I move to do the same, but Beck stops me.

“Behave,” he warns.

“Or what?”

“Or Quinn and I will have all the fun today while you watch.”

“Don’t threaten me with a good time.”

Quinn stifles a snicker, but I don’t miss the way her interest piques alongside Beck’s at my response.

He stares at me for a long moment before he shakes his head and offers his hand. “Come on. We can talk about this later.”

I stand up with his offered help and answer with two of his favorite words: “Yes, Beck.”

Chapter thirty-two

Quinn

Noah has often talked about moments he’ll always remember, and I’m having one of those right now.

Beck is dancing with Noah, leading him around the living area of Beck’s bungalow to a slow song playing over the speakers.

Noah is stiff as hell, and Beck is annoyed at him after he steps on his foot again, but I’m going to remember it just the same. Just like I’m going to remember every moment of today for the rest of my life.

After I found Beck and Noah together outside, we ate breakfast. Beck called one of his friends to bring us some food and three coffees so we could have privacy instead of eating with everyone. Our morning was easy, full of banter and laughter.

I got answers to things I wanted to know, too, like where watching one-star-reviewed movies started. It was an accident after Beck rented the wrong movie—it’d had the same title as the one he and Noah had wanted to watch. When they looked it up and saw it had such a low rating, they decided to give it a try anyway. They laughed so hard they made a tradition out of it, and Noah kept doing it with me. Beck revealed he still does it as well, with his friends here at the retreat.

After a few more get-to-know-you questions—like favorite foods (Beck loves Detroit-style pizza, Noah goes for a greasy cheeseburger, and I’ll take any kind of fried potato)—we all took quick showers on our own. Beck insisted that if we tried to shower together, we’d end up late for the group session. Honestly, he was probably right.

The group session, which Beck attended as well, was a conscious breath and sound circle where we all sat together and did deep belly breaths along with gentle pelvic rocking. Noah balked at it at first, but by the end, he was as cool as a cucumber. I recognized it as a tool he could keep in his arsenal for panic attacks, and I told him as much when it was over. When Beck agreed, he just flushed and nodded.

It’s kind of amazing how much Noah’s taken to this type of work. I thought for sure when we arrived it was going to be a disaster. But even when he laughs or is annoyed, he follows through, putting his whole self into it.
