“Yes, I promise you.” I laugh. “I will see you tomorrow as soon as I am free.”

“Hey, Cil!” Leo waves happily.

I spin around, expecting to see him where he was in the pool, but Cillian is right in front of me.

“What the—” Before I can finish speaking, Cillian reaches out and smacks Tae’s hands away from my chest. “Cillian!”

Then he grabs me by the wrist and drags me away from the bar, hauling me toward the sliding doors of the main house.

I follow Cillian down the halls, past the living room, and across the foyer until we reach his grandfather’s office.

Well, technically, his office now.

“What the hell are you doing, Knox?” Cillian demands the second he slams the door behind us.

I lean against the edge of the desk and grin. “Babysitting a fucking brat who decided to throw an absurd party. You know. My job.”

Cillian walks toward me, closing the distance until he’s right in my face. “You call setting up dates to fuck that Korean twink your job?”

Oh, my God, Cillian!

…You did not just call Tae a twink.

You really do have a death wish.

“You mean, Tae?”

“I don’t want to know his stupid name.” Cillian reaches up, his fingers clamp around my jaw, forcing me to look at him.

And the idea of setting up a date to sleep with Tae is so wrong it makes me laugh out loud.

“This isn’t funny,” he hisses.

“Actually, it is.”

“Fuck you.” He lets go of my face, spins around, and heads back toward the office door… but I don’t let him get two steps.

He thinks he can throw a party that puts his life in danger, rub himself against other men right in front of my face, and then have the nerve to get angry at me?

Ha!

If he assumes I’m just going to let that go, he is fucking wrong.

I close the distance, stepping up directly behind him until my chest is pressed against his naked back.

The heat radiating off his damp skin is intoxicating.

I lean in, my lips almost grazing his neck. “Are you jealous, little Prince?”

Cillian stiffens, but he doesn’t pull away. “You wish.”

“You used to be a better liar,” I say.

He spins around to face me, and damn… we are so close we’re breathing each other’s air.

“And you used to be intimidating.”

I press forward, caging him between my body and a nearby bookcase. “Just shut up and admit you are jealous.”
