I finished cooking while Chris was trying to find an outfit to wear.

“This is why I’m gaining weight. Your cooking is too good.” She walked up to hug me from behind.

I took a little taste out of the pot, blew on it, and turned to give her a taste. She moaned, licking away what was on her lips, making my dick jump.

She did as I said.

I turned around, pinning her against the counter. I ran my hand up her leg to get under the dress she was wearing to feel the lacy underwear she had on.

Then, the doorbell rang.

“Fuck.” I hung my head, resting it against her shoulder.

I needed a moment, so I just stood there holding her.

“You gon’ go answer the door?” Chris asked, giggling when the doorbell rang again.

“Yeah, as soon as my dick goes down. Give me just a second.”

“You should probably take your hand out of my panties then,” she teased.

I let her go, taking a step back.

I looked at her with lust in my eyes but love in my heart.

“I love you,” I told her.

She smiled at me, a wide, joyful one.

“I love you, too.” She gave me a small peck, and I tried to deepen it, but the doorbell rang again.

“I'm coming,” I yelled.

I went to open the door and immediately got smooshed in the head.

“Did you just yell at us?” my dad asked while pulling me into a hug.

“Naw, I just wanted to make sure that y'all heard me since I was taking so long.”

My mother hugged me next, and I kissed her cheek.

“That’s still yelling, but I'll let it slide.” My mother pushed past me, headed straight for Chris.

Chris stood there like a deer caught in headlights when she saw my mom coming her way.

“There’s my future daughter-in-law.” My mom pulled her into a tight hug. The kind that only a mom could give.

I could see Chris let go as she settled into the hug.

My mom whispered something in her ear.
