I look around the table and every single one of my brothers’ mouths are hanging open in shock, unable to believe what I just fucking said.

“Are you shitting me?” Vamp is the first to speak up.

I stiffly shake my head, unable to trust my voice because if I have to repeat any of what I just said I’m going to fucking kill someone.

“We’re doing something about this, right?” Vamp presses.

“Oh, yeah,” I tell the room as I make eye contact with each and every one of them before saying, “It’s happening tonight.”

“Plan?” Mountain asks.

“Blake said she can pick him out of a lineup. If he was there during the day when we were locked up, my guess is he works first shift. First shift gets out just before Blake heads into work, so I texted her to let her know to meet us there. I want her to let us know when she sees him.”

“And then?” Mountain presses.

“And then she’s going to go on her merry way like nothing happened, and we’ll have a little chat with him.”

“And fucking kill him,” Scar declares.

God, do I fucking want to, but the club can’t risk murdering a fucking cop right now.

I shake my head. “I wish we could, but the trail would be too hot. He goes missing, the first people they’re going to question are Mountain and me. Less heat to have an alibi for beating the shit out of him.”

Bomber slaps the table. “I’m in.”

“Me too,” Mountain joins. “Fucker knew exactly what he was doing taking your girl into a room like that.”

“Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.” I smirk, a rush of adrenaline flowing through me, knowing that I’ll finally get some sort of revenge.

It’s not going to be exactly what I want because if I had it my way he would be six feet under, but it will do for now.

I watch with hungry eyes as Blake’s car door opens and a long, glistening bare leg comes into view before she slides out and shuts the door. I take her in as she struts her ass over to me.

She’s wearing one of those fucking skirts that drives me insane. It covers everything but leaves nothing to the imagination because it’s too goddamn tight.

I ain’t complaining, though.

She fills it out damn good.

“You know, it’s really annoying when you won’t just tell me what you need instead of making me haul my ass all the way down here,” Blake sasses as she comes to a stop in front of me and crosses her arms, cocking a hip out, making my attention move up to her tits. “Some of us have to work, you know.”

“Yeah, toots. Some of us have to work,” I say with a smirk on my face.

She’d come unglued if she knew what kind of work I have in mind.

Blake rolls her eyes at me. “Hi, Mountain.”

“Hi, babe,” Mountain replies.

“And you’ve met Bomber.” I tilt my head in his direction.

“Hi, darlin’,” Bomber greets.

“Hi.” Blake smiles at him before returning her attention to me, her smile wiping right off her face.

“Glad to see I can still make you happy,” I joke.

“Cut the shit, Sling, and tell me why I’m in the parking lot of the jail.”
