I lay naked and relaxed over his lap and watched a documentary I had no interest in while he eased a finger in and out of my asshole. I even answered three questions about the film correctly when it was over.
Without complaint, I slid between the sheets of my bed and offered my wrist for the shackle. After pulling the excess chain toward me, I snuggled it against my breasts all night, deriving comfort from its existence. For the second night in a row, I didn’t have a single nightmare about the man who terrorized me in my car.
After leaping out of bed at a ridiculously early hour, I quickly dressed in workout clothes, followed every instruction in the gym, let him wash my pussy and tits before finishing my shower, crawled to my food bowl to eat, offered my ass for him to train with the next size dilator, and willingly spent time in my kennel.
I hate to admit it, but he’s right about a lot of things. My routine is comforting. I didn’t have to guess what would happen at any point. He didn’t throw a wrench into the morning at any time, either.
Now I’m dressed. I’ve never worn anything like this before, so I’m not sure how I feel about it. Silver dressed me himself. All I did was stand still while he put white panties on me, followed by a thick white cotton sports bra. He stared at my chest for a few minutes with a furrowed brow before nodding approval to himself. It’s ugly and flattens my boobs so they have no definition, but I have zero doubt that was his aim.
Next, he lowered this dress over my head. I think I’d call it boho style, but I’m not positive. It seems sort of vintage or hippie. The skirt is long and loose, with layers of earthy tones—browns and deep greens. It reminds me of tie-dye. The top is also loose, with three-quarters sleeves and a high neckline. The dress is unassuming. It won’t draw any attention to me. And that’s the point. Silver has made it clear he doesn’t want people looking at me, especially “boys.”
I’m wearing ankle boots with knee socks, which means no one is even going to see an inch of my legs. And lastly, my hair is braided down my back. I’m not surprised he didn’t offer me any makeup, and frankly, I don’t care. I’ve never worn much anyway.
The only reason people might do a double-take when they see me is that I’ve never worn anything like this to class before. If he intends for me to wear dresses like this every day, people will stop glancing, eventually.
Silver has packed my backpack, and he hands it to me before gripping my chin. “Don’t make me regret this, Daphne,” he says in a firm voice.
“I won’t, Sir.” I mean that. I have no intention of pissing him off today. I can’t promise it will never happen or that I can continue on this dark path for eternity, but I can and will obediently do as I’m told today.
One thing I’m distinctly aware of is that I don’t have my phone. I’ve never seen it since I got here. My entire purse, actually. I have no idea where it is, and I haven’t asked, but I’ll need to make contact with my grandmother at some point.
A knock at the door makes me flinch.
“Don’t move, precious.” Silver steps up to the door, unlocks it, and lets someone I’ve never seen before into the room.
“Dante, this is Daphne. She doesn’t have permission to speak to you.”
I jerk my gaze down, assuming I don’t have permission to look at his roommate. Other than seeing Rook and Briana on the first morning, I haven’t seen another person in the house yet. I haven’t met the other men who live here. I don’t even know the names of the other two.
Dante has a kit of some sort in his hands, and he sets it on the table.
Silver palms the back of my head and tips it farther forward. “Hold still, naughty girl. Don’t infuriate me in front of my brother. I won’t hesitate to punish you for any insolence. Show him what a good little slut you are.”
I whimper at his words, my face flushing from deep humiliation. He’s testing me. I won’t fail. I can’t.
“I need to measure her neck first,” Dante says matter-of-factly as if Silver’s words affected him not one iota. Which means he is as perverse and fucked up as my Master.
Silver lifts my braid.
Something comes around my neck and quickly disappears.
To say I’m scared is an understatement. I’m panicking from the unknown.
“Stand still,” Silver orders in a no-nonsense tone.
I might be swaying, but I try to control my movements as he grips the back of my head harder. Almost painfully.
Another item comes around my neck. I can’t see it. And then I hear a strange whirring noise. It only lasts a few seconds.
“Thank you,” Silver says.
“Any time.” Dante leaves the room as quickly as he entered before Silver releases my head. He rounds to my front, staring at whatever is now fastened around my neck. He fingers it and smiles. “Lovely.”
I swallow.
He takes my backpack from me and points toward the bathroom. “You may go look in the mirror, precious.”
After hesitating, I follow his directions. When I reach the sink, I see I’m now wearing a necklace. It has a thick silver chain and an ornamental pendant. I finger it. It’s not really short. It’s not choking me like the collar I sometimes wear. It’s long enough for the pendant to easily slide under the front of my dress.
