I knew she was ready for all three of them to get out of her house. She was only showing this much grace because Morgan was my sister. But if they pushed her too far, that would all go out the window.

I decided to change the subject before things could get out of hand. “Look, I’ll just give Mom and Dad some time to cool off before I go back home.”

Morgan raised a brow. “Do you honestly think they won’t come here if you don’t come home?”

I growled in frustration because I knew she was right. I buried my face in my hands. “I need to get away. All of this is becoming too much.”

Kira cleared her throat. “How about we take that trip to Vegas we've been talking about?”

I snapped my gaze at her as a small smile stretched across my face. “You know that doesn’t sound too bad.”

“A girl’s trip to Vegas? Count us in.” Morgan rubbed her hands together with a grin.

Knowing I would make things worse for myself if I denied Morgan, and that she would go home crying to our parents, I gave Kira a pleading look. She sighed in defeat before agreeing.

The time we spent here made me more relaxed than I have been in years. Mainly because Kira and I stayed away from Morgan and her crew. Every day we ditched them and did our own thing. Tonight we weren’t so lucky. So far, they hadn’t done anything to irritate me, but the night was still young.

As Christian led us to his section, I couldn’t help but admire his muscular frame. The crisp white shirt he was wearing was practically a second skin. I could see each ripple of his muscles. He was covered in tattoos, which only added to his sex appeal.

I thought I had seen my fair share of handsome men, but Christian was in a league of his own. What did it for me was his eyes. I have never seen such bright amber eyes. They were almost golden.

His caramel complexion was smooth like butter. Half of his brown hair was cut low, while the top was much longer. He had it pulled into a man bun. His beard was neatly trimmed, too. I loved a man who took care of himself.

“Brit, did you see how he practically devoured you with his eyes?” Kira leaned forward to whisper in my ear.

I bit my lip, trying not to blush. “Will you stop,” I whispered back.

“She needs to send him my way. Brittney doesn’t know what to do with a man like that,” Morgan piped in.

See what I mean? It was like if we were in the same room, she couldn’t fathom a guy wanting me over her. And, quite frankly, it was disturbing that she would want to entertain a man who was showing interest in me. If the roles were reversed, I wouldn’t even look his way.

“If he wanted you, it would be your hand in his and not Brit’s,” Kira sassily retorted.

Morgan clenched her jaw in anger. But before she could answer, we walked into the section. I froze at all the men up here. I knew he said he had plenty of single friends for the girls to mingle with, but geez.

There had to be at least twenty of them.

“Torch, you might be my triplet, but I will knock your head off if you don’t unhand my woman—” Christian’s brother stopped when he was close enough to see I wasn’t his wife. His mouth dropped open as he stared at me, dumbfounded. “What the hell?” He looked between his brother and me.

“Blade, trust me, I already know. I almost got twenty to life when I saw her dancing with another guy. I thought Bianca had lost her mind.” Christian chuckled.

“This shit is crazy. You sure they aren’t related?”

“I have never seen your wife a day in my life, so I highly doubt it,” I spoke up.

Just as he was about to say something, a man with a mocha complexion approached us, eyeing Kira. He was staring at her as if she were a five-course meal and he was starving.

“Damn all that. What’s your name, sexy?” He walked over to her.

Kira’s height matched her Filipino mother's, who stood five feet tall. So, she had to crane her neck just to look up at him. “K-Kira,” she stuttered.

My brows dipped at her sudden shyness. Kira was naturally flirtatious. I couldn’t remember the last time I’d seen her act so coy with a man.

“Well, Kira, I’m Axel. Why don’t you come over here and let me see if you know how to move that body.” He didn’t give her a chance to object as he grabbed her hand and led her away.

“And that’s my cue to go mingle. Surely there’s someone here for me if you and Kira are getting chosen,” Morgan said before she strutted away, followed by Tammy and Emily.

Christian and Blade frowned at my sister before turning to me. If it wasn’t for my chocolate skin, I would be red with embarrassment.
