“Anyway, my last thought would be to go out and fornicate to teach him a lesson. Maybe I’m wrong, but I would have just told you both to stop. Or I would have beat the shit out of Ridge and made him cry.”
He laughed.
“I mean, that’s a Bishop response. Thankfully, not everyone is VIOLENT.”
She elbowed him.
“You know what I mean.”
He did.
“Ridge isn’t dominant in bed with Wynter,” he stated. “It’s more ebb and flow. You know, normal sex. Maybe they didn’t mesh. Maybe she didn’t know how to ask for something she preferred, or she never thought to. Ridge is pretty giving in bed, Bish. He would have tried.”
Well, that painted a picture.
“What’s it like with you?”
He laughed.
“A beast has to beast. Ridge is VERY submissive in bed with me, when we’re in the static. So, I’m going to say that’s what he likes here, and he was just being himself with his wife. I am who I am with you. I don’t pretend to like a rougher romp. You also don’t pretend when you’re horny. You climb all over me like I’m a jungle gym because that’s how we are.”
She pondered it.
He was right.
She didn’t pretend she liked a beast-like man having his wicked way with her, and that meshed with his personality. Lucian was very alpha-like.
He was a man’s man.
Ridge was softer, and more…gentle. If she had to pick which would be dominant, it would be Lucian.
“We’re going to have to tell him,” she finally said.
Oh, he was aware.
“He’s going to be furious. He’s going to be devastated. He’s going to be a lot of things, and none of them good.”
Oh, she bet.
Bishop would be too.
“Bodhi found viable sperm in her body. The swimmers were fresh. She met with him yesterday, right before she died. We know he was with you since the morning, so it couldn’t be Ridge’s sperm.”
He was angry, but he tried.
“Bare too? Jesus Christ. Where do I even begin?” he asked. Then, it wasn’t lost in him that Ridge had been wearing his sperm not that long ago, too. “This has to be karma,” he muttered. “Somehow, I had to be the cause of this.”
She stopped him.
Yeah, they couldn’t do that.
“Don’t,” she said. “You’re not to blame, and neither is Ridge. Wynter was angry, and instead of telling her husband, she opted to cheat. What’s going to suck is some of us know she cheated. Honor, Julian, Tori, and Hart know.”
He sighed.
“Hart too?”
She told him.
