Liz was so easy to read as she let me explore her body, one hand fucking her and the other memorizing her curves. From the delicate slope of her shoulders to her ribs and her hips, I let my fingers run over everything, committing her to memory.

When her orgasm came, she pulled away, her hooded eyes not leaving mine.

And that's when I felt it. The connection between us she was trying so hard to push away.

There was no going back. I had fallen head over heels for this woman.

I stared at her as she came down from her orgasm. In comparison to everything she’d done to me, her single orgasm felt like nothing, but the way she beamed down at me put all the others to shame.

“Jax…”

“Yes?” I asked as I selfishly ran my thumbs across her cheeks, trying to memorize how they felt.

A part of me was still afraid that this had been too much. That she would pull away. That I would never get to experience this connection ever again. And from the look on her face, I thought she was going to say something that would shatter me.

But then…

“Go on a date with me?”

Shock had me letting out a bit of laughter.

“What? You want to go out with me?”

We’d done all manner of scandalous things in that room, but this was the only time that her cheeks flushed with a bright red hue.

“Yes. I mean, it’s okay if you don't want to, but I have some tickets to a concert and I was just thinking that I had no one to go with and you're here and—”

“Right. So it’s just because you have no one else to go with, hm? I see,” I teased.

“Wait, no. I mean, I want you to come, but if you can’t because you have something else, I totally—

I ran my thumb over her lips to stop her rambling.

“I would love to go out on a date with you,” I whispered, bringing our faces closer so I could kiss her. “Stop overthinking it, okay? Yes. I would love to.”

The nervousness bled from her body, and she melted into me with ease.

“Okay,” she breathed.

“Okay,” I replied.

She smiled and I couldn't help but smile back at her.

Because this was different. This time, this felt like us.

Liz

“God, you’re killing me right now,” Jax leaned down to whisper in my ear as we found our seat.

Right back at you.

I was feeling self-conscious in my tight leather skirt and a cut-up version of the band tee my daughter had given me, but the moment I saw the way she looked at me wearing it, it all flew out the window.

She was wearing something similar, though it was pants in her case and another of the band’s T-shirts turned into a tank top. No bra, of course, and I could just see the shape of her nipples under it.

I looked up at her, taking in her eyes lined in thick kohl and the slightly smudged lipstick from the way I almost mauled her in the car coming here.

I felt like a horny teenager. I couldn’t keep my hands off her, and even in such a public place with the venue filling up with excited people ready to hear some music, my hand still found her thigh.
