"They've settled into a routine."
The older man nodded.
"Good."
"What are your orders?"
He looked through his binoculars one final time.
His gaze settled on the yacht.
On the bridge.
On the woman standing alone beneath the stars.
Then he answered.
"Wait."
The younger man frowned.
"For what?"
The older man's smile never reached his eyes.
"For them to believe they're safe."
