"...don't leave the yacht."
"Don't separate."
"And don't let anyone convince you they're trying to help."
Storm frowned.
"Anyone?"
Nathan nodded once.
"Anyone."
Scott quietly muttered beside Ben.
"That includes him."
Ben answered without looking away.
"Exactly."
Nathan heard it.
To my surprise...
He nodded.
"It should."
That caught everyone's attention.
"If James were standing where your captain is..."
Nathan continued...
"He'd tell her not to trust me either."
Storm blinked.
"What?"
"Trust has to be earned."
"It can't be inherited."
I looked at Ben.
He gave the smallest nod.
Nathan had just said exactly what a good man would say.
Storm rested both hands on the rail.
