• ½ ounce grenadine

• ½ ounce simple syrup

• ½ medium lime, juiced

• slice of orange and a maraschino cherry for garnish

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker

2. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Hurricane glass

3. Garnish with orange and cherry

ANTON’S CANJUN MARTINI

“STRAIGHT UP, WITH A CAJUN BITE!”

DURATION

10 minutes to cool the glass + 3 minutes to mix

SERVING SIZE

1 serving

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ½ ounces vodka or pepper-infused vodka

• ½ ounce dry vermouth

• 1–2 dashes Louisiana-style hot sauce

• ½ ounce jalapeño olive brine

• 2 jalapeño-stuffed green olives or a red pepper for garnish

METHOD

1. Chill the martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to serving.

2. Combine the vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, and hot sauce in a cocktail shaker filled with ice

3. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty and ice crystals form

4. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with your olives or red pepper
