“Will…” My heart started thumping hearing Niko call Will’s name with a sly undertone. My eyes went to Niko, who had a look of amusement on his face toward Will who was looking like a little kid happy he was finally fitting in.

“How long you and shorty been fuckin’ around?” Niko ran his tongue over his plump lips, where a crooked grin settled on his lips.

“Aww shit, bae. How long has it been?” Will said, turning towards me, looking for answers.

I had to bite back my urge to smack my lips because this nigga was really doing the absolute most. His guess was as good as mine. I blew out a deep breath. “I don’t know, Will. I stopped counting after you kept fucking other bitches.”

“Bae,” Will nervously said my name, giving me an expression that said chill out. “I thought we said we were moving past that shit? We here to celebrate my brother being home. Alright?” I could hear the shakiness in his voice. Will knew my mouth could be lethal, and if I didn’t feel like going along with his little act anymore, I wouldn’t.

I motioned towards Niko and Maddison as I said. “Celebrate your brother and leave me be.”

“Ain’t no way you fuckin’ her, my nigga,” another nigga that favored Niko, with waves and pretty grey eyes, said to Will in a teasing way.

“Aye, fuck you, Naheem. I handle my business,” Will weakly rebutted.

“He fuckin’ you right?” Niko asked, looking directly at me. His eyes had a hint of anger to them, which confused me.

Was he really asking me that with his bitch sitting on his lap? Niko had to be outta his rabbit ass mind if he thought I was finna answer that question. I scoffed at him rolling my eyes as all eyes were on me.

“You really asking another bitch if her nigga fucking her while I’m right here?” Maddison finally found her voice, turning to look back at Niko.

He lazily shrugged, Niko’s eyes bounced back over to me. “It’s just a question. Inquiring minds want to know? I mean, shit, it’s hella niggas out here that can help her readjust her attitude if she needs it,” Niko said, and I bawled my face up in disgust.

I don’t know who the fuck Niko took me for, but this wasn’t that and would never be. I wasn’t a weak bitch he was trying to make into a toss up. Fuck that, and fuck his nappy headed ass.

“I’m good, boo. Will fucks the shit outta me every mutha fuckin’ day. How you think this ass got so phat?” I twisted to the side, showing my round ass off. “Guess them backshots worked out for me.” I looked over at Will, who was beaming with pride. I rolled my eyes. It’s time for me to get the fuck out of here.

“Let these niggas know, baby.” Will tried to wrap his arms around my waist. I stepped back out of his reach. I gave him a warning look, and he put his arms back to his side.

“Mmmhmm,” I said, ignoring the heated stare from Niko as I planned my escape from this bullshit ass party.

“Coulda fooled me with that funky ass attitude,” Niko taunted me. He gave me the dirtiest look as he took the blunt that was being passed in his direction.

“My attitude only comes about when I’m around bullshit ass niggas. Call it intuition, but I think there is one in my vicinity. You know what else? I hate when people try to wear all white, but that shit be dindgy as fuck. Mutha fuckas shoulda just wore yellow. Go off though. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go to the restroom,” I sassily said, quickly turning on my heels before anyone could say anything else to me. Fuck Will. Fuck Niko.

Instead of walking towards the bathroom, I walked in the direction of the parking lot. While tapping away on my phone to order a car to pick me up, I cussed myself out for this goofy shit I got myself into. Yeah, it was time I took a break from dating. This shit was the most ghetto stuff I’d ever experienced in my life. I swear I had nothing else for either one of them niggas. Will wasn’t shit but a cornball in disguise, and Niko was a fucking lying ass, cheating ass nigga.

“Where the fuck yo’ ho’ ass goin’?” I felt my arm being tugged back as soon as I made it to the parking lot.

“Don’t fucking touch me,” I spat, snatching violently from Niko. “Go back there with yo’ bitch and let me be.”

“You mad, but you my brother’s bitch. Got yo’ fuckin’ nerve.” Niko growled, closing the gap between us. He pressed his body into mine pinning me onto the car I stumbled back into.

“Get off me, nigga, before you make me dent these people’s car.” I tried to push Niko back but failed miserably.

“Fuck this car,” Niko responded menacingly, with a matching glare that sent chills running up my spine. “I should beat yo’ ass,” he threatened me, and I frowned. My eyes spread wide in confusion.

“For what? I’m not your bitch. She back there.” I pointed over to the area where the shelters were.

“What the fuck you got on?” Niko asked, pulling at my shorts. “Got niggas lookin’ at my shit like they really got a chance. Yanna, make me fuck you up out here.”

Right then, I realized Niko had to be out of his mind. He was really checking me like I was his girl. I blew out a deep breath pinching the bridge of my nose. I collected my thoughts. One of us had to be level headed.

“Niko, you trippin’,” was the best I could come up with. I was trying my hardest not to make eye contact with him, scared I would fall back under his spell if I did.

“Forreal, I kept it P. When you walked yo’ ass in there with Will’s lame ass, I shoulda showed my ass, but I ain’t say shit. I let you and that perppin’ ass nigga make it.”

“Boy, fuck outta here. You think that shit you asked me was keeping it P? You crazy as fuck,” I scoffed, shaking my head at him.
