“Yeah, but I don’t mind,” I say.
“Really? Blink if you need help.”
Their laughter when I blink makes me realise that I’m actually enjoying my time with these girls.
It’s a discovery that keeps me in a good mood the rest of the night, even during my quiet walk back home with Julius, an idea that thankfully didn’t seem weird to anyone else seeing as we’re both co-captains who live in the same house.
If there’s one thing I appreciate him, it’s that I know he’s not racking his brain trying to think of a topic that will swoop over this silence and save it. It’s not a silence that needs saving, it just exists and I love the fact that we both can exist comfortably inside of it.
He opens the front door for me when I get home, and I expect him to vanish into his room immediately while I get up the stairs, so I’m surprised to hear his voice, and even more surprised to acknowledge what comes out of it. “Passion or Feather?”
That’s how we end up in his room, with Feather playing in the background as we try our hardest to keep our hands off each other. It’s something we manage to achieve halfway through the movie, which I take as an opportunity to satisfy my curiosity on something.
“Wait, I didn’t actually know that you like musicals.”
“I didn’t actually know that you like musicals.”
“No, but I mean…are you enjoying this right now?”
“Are you?”
“Stop flipping my words like that!”
“I genuinely want to know, are you enjoying watching this?”
“I am, because it’s one of my favourites.”
“Then that’s all that matters.”
“But if you’re not…”
“I do have a brother who does this for a living, you know?”
He makes a fair point, and the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. He gathered today that we have a common interest, and now he’s just putting it to use. Why watch the same movie from two different locations when we can just watch it here together?
For a second, I let my mind wander to the possibility he put this on just for me, the same thought I had before I asked the question. But that wouldn’t make any sense, especially not for us, when we’ve had an unspoken agreement for a while now that sex is all we want and need from each other. All we have outside of it is Hockey, and now I guess we’ve finally found something else we have in common.
Julius’s eyes pierce into mine, studying me as he asks, “What’s other genres do you love?”
“Um…Thriller and Romance. But…”
“But what?”
So, I do love Thrillers, but when I watch one, I have to balance out the darkness of it by putting on a Rom Com after. Meanwhile, I can get through Romance movies back to back. Maybe too much information but just in case you were wondering.”
“Nah, it’s good information.”
“What are yours?”
“I like pretty much anything.”
“But what do you love?” I ask, right before bursting into laughter at a funny scene on the screen.
“I might be figuring that one out,” he says, while giving me a weird look that I just can’t decipher.
It shows up multiple times throughout our watch session, but his eyes have nothing but desire left in them once the movie is done and I’m working my tongue around his dick, taking it fully into my mouth and swallowing every last drop of his cum when he explodes.
