Levi’s eyes snapped to mine as he hugged June a bit closer. “What are you talking about?” he asked, voice low.

I lifted four fingers in the air. “Four words: summer break. Blueberry vodka.”

Fear struck Levi’s eyes as he covered June’s little ears. “You bastard,” he hissed, then closed his eyes. “Fine. We’ll join you.”

Ha! Thank God for that one night where Levi drank a little too much and—oops. I promised never to tell that story.

Now, with all the guys on board, I smiled to myself. I might not have had a real plan, but one thing was for sure—

We’re going to fucking Koh Samui, bitch.

I took off my shoes and stretched my legs forward, making myself comfortable in my first-class cabin, while Jordan did the same in the one beside mine. While air traveling, I almost always used my jet, but since we had to make a stop in Tokyo, as there wasn’t a direct flight from LAX to Thailand, I didn’t want to bother myself with all the bureaucracy and time wasting of getting fuel and whatnot. And when flying commercially, I’d often pick an airline that offered private suites; in this case, since we were limited on time, I had to make concessions and settle for a simple first-class cabin. It was shameful, I know, but I made up for this horror with the royal suite I booked us in the best resort Thailand had to offer. Was paying thirty grand per night considered a flex? Well, I hoped so, as one of the small pleasures I had left in my poor life was to waste my father’s money on shit like that.

Since there was still some time before takeoff, I pulled out my phone to catch up with work emails. While I was in desperate need of a vacation, I also had tons of work to finish. The Renieri show was only getting closer with each passing week, and I was still far behind with everything. Thankfully, I did manage to grab a few spare minutes with Vito the other day, right before he flew to Milan. He loved where I was going with my designs and encouraged me to start casting models. As if I could even bring myself to think of models.

Thanks to one sexy Colombian, my head was a total mess, which made working a whole lot harder. Hopefully, a week away would help me reset.

“Would you like anything to drink, sir?” the flight attendant asked Jordan.

Looking up from my phone, I eyed her. She was sexy, with dark black hair and on-point makeup that matched her uniform. If I didn’t know Jordan was gay AF, I might have been jealous of the flirty smile she just gave him.

While my handsome fiancé ordered himself a glass of white wine, I went back to my phone.

“There you go,” he said after she left, and I looked at the glass in his hand.

“You didn’t get one for yourself?” I asked him after taking the offered drink.

“Nah. The first flight is going to be fifteen hours long. I plan on taking sleeping pills,” he explained while fixing the headphones he recently bought around his neck. “Are you sure you don’t want to take one yourself?”

One thing that hadn’t changed over the years was my inability to sleep properly. If any, my condition had worsened, with nightmares I’d rather not think about. So even though it was my sleeping pills he planned on taking, I preferred not to use them. I liked being alert while traveling, especially when Jordan was planning on sleeping like a log.

“One of us should be awake just in case, babe.”

“Sure.”

His phone buzzed, and he pulled it out of his pocket. Since the partition between our cabinets was lowered, I tilted my head and peeked at his screen.

“Is that Dylan texting you?” I asked while he typed back.

“Yeah. He wished us a good flight.”

Pouting my lips, I poked Jordan’s cheek. “When am I going to meet this friend of yours?”

“We can invite him over when we’re back.”

“Do you have a picture of him?”

He snorted. “Why would I have a picture of him?”

Studying his handsome profile, I shrugged. “You have pictures of me.”

Jordan’s full lips stretched into a sexy smile before he turned to face me, his ocean eyes gleaming with joy. “That’s because you’re my fiancé.” He then leaned closer and was ready to kiss me when loud voices in the back of the plane interrupted us.

“Ugh.” I rolled my eyes and took a sip of my drink. “The problem with flying commercial is the economy class and the peasants traveling there.”

Jordan chuckled. “You’re so mean sometimes, babe.”
