“Am I imagining things, or does this dancer look a lot like Diesel?” I shouted in Andrei’s ear because that was the only way he’d hear me.

“He’s crazy good, isn’t he?”

“Yes!” I laughed. “I had no idea he could dance!”

“That’s what he does.”

“He’s like a dancing god or something.”

“I’ll tell him you said that,” Andrei shouted back before he pulled me closer and kissed me. Our kiss broke as a different beat came on that made everyone jump until the ground shook.

I didn’t know when it got so hot here, but it did. I felt like I was dancing in the heart of a volcano. Maybe I was? Who knows. At least I was here with my Andrei. My handsome, sexy-as-hell Andrei. Did I only have one Andrei? Or were there two Andreis? Wait, what was Andrei number two telling me? Did I need to drink water? Oh fuck. I was thirsty, like, so fucking thirsty. I wanted coconut water. What would I give to have a coconut water swimming pool. I should tell Papa. Wait, won’t it be sticky—

“Miles! Water!” Andrei’s words smashed me in the face like the cold water he’d just poured on me. Holy fuck, that was needed. I took the bottle from him and finished it in one gulp.

“What’s going on?” I asked after I wiped my mouth.

“You’re high as fuck.” Andrei-Number-One laughed. Wait, where did Andrei-Number-Two go?

I looked around, searching for him, and noticed we weren’t near the stage anymore. When did we even move from there? I spotted Jessie and Levi dancing on the hood of a car. Or what used to be a car. They danced close to each other, and I loved how in love they were. I understood their feelings toward each other because I was also in love. I looked back at Andrei and wrapped my arms around him. I buried my face in his neck, and despite the stifling heat, dust, and sweat, it was lovely. He was lovely. I loved him so much, and I wanted to scream I love you for the whole world to hear, or maybe just him, because that’s what he quickly became—my entire world.

“What?” Andrei suddenly asked.

“What, what?” I murmured back into his neck.

“You just said you love me.”

My eyes snapped open at his words, and I pushed myself away from his warmth. Holy fuck. Did I say it out loud? A moment ago, I talked about a fucking coconut water pool, and now I blurted out I love you? I’d never do drugs again, never, ever—

“I love you too.”

These four short words managed to hold the whole world from moving. The noises stopped, and everything around me fell silent. With our faces inches apart, I looked at him. Really looked at him.

“You do?” That was all I managed to say.

He nodded before speaking. “I do.”

And even though the world around us was screaming, I heard him loud and clear. A feeling like never before spread through my body. It was euphoric and had nothing to do with the ecstasy and everything to do with Andrei. I loved him and needed him. I needed him so badly that my skin tingled, and my heart beat so fast I was positive it would burst out of my chest.

Again, as if he could read my mind, Andrei pulled me toward him and stole my breath away with a kiss so passionate I saw galaxies. Maybe I was still high. Perhaps we both were, but who gave a shit. We were here, young, alive, and in love. It was what songs were written on, what books and movies were made from. This moment was legendary, and I needed us both to remember it forever.

“I want you to fuck me,” I said between kissing.

“Right here?” He chuckled.

“Here. There. Everywhere.” I moved his hands to grab my ass. “As long as you fuck me in the next five minutes, I don’t care where.”

His pupils were blown so that his green eyes looked black, and he licked his bottom lip before he drew me back for a kiss.

“As you wish, Zaychik,” he murmured over my lips before he grabbed my hand and made me follow him.

Andrei

Miles was serious when he said he didn’t care where or how we were doing it because, within minutes, we were in the scrap of what used to be a sports car. Only now, it was rusted and lacked windows, but we didn’t care. All we cared about was getting undressed as fast as possible, and that’s exactly what we did.

Miles sat on top of me, already in his boxers, as I helped him get rid of his sexy-as-fuck tank top.
