“Don’t hold back. Let me see you fall apart.”

“You can . . .” She breaks apart in my hands, and I swear I’ve never seen anything more beautiful.

“Are you not going to come?” Her eyes flare as she looks down at my still hard cock.

“I can wait,” I say, releasing my grip. “Don’t want to make a mess on the couch.”

The devilish grin that appears on her face makes me want to know exactly what she’s thinking. Her thighs relax as I drag my fingers from her body and stick them in my mouth, groaning at the taste of her.

“Holy. Hell.” Sutton falls back against the cushions.

I wink, lean forward, and capture her mouth with mine. She grips my shoulders, pulling me to her.

I know she’s ready for more, and as much as I want to go there, I can’t. I pull away. “I don’t want to rush this.”

She scrunches her eyebrows. “But—”

“I’ve waited this long to have you. When I make love to you, I want to savor every moment.”

Her eyes glisten, and she smiles sweetly. “That sounds like a good idea.”

“Let’s get you to bed, babe.”

She drops her blanket and tugs her underwear and leggings back on, holding her hoodie against her chest. I try to pull my jeans on, which is really difficult when I’m hard as a rock. She bursts out laughing, and I swat her on the butt.

We gather our blankets and place them back in the basket. Then we move from room to room, closing down the house, and finally go upstairs.

The moon is full and shines brightly through the blinds. When we reach her door, she turns to me, and I step into her space, placing my hands on her hips.

“Sutton Bradley,” I say, looking earnestly at her.

“This sounds serious.” She smiles and leans against the wall.

“Will you go on a date with me Friday night?”

“You want to take me on a date?”

I slide my hands around her back and interlock my fingers, pulling her into my chest. “Sutton, I’ve wanted to take you on a date for as long as I can remember.” I lean closer with each word.

The atmosphere around us thickens, everything seeming to freeze. Sutton leans closer, her lips barely brushing against mine. She places a kiss on the corner of my mouth. “I’d love nothing more than to go on a date with you, Hunter Michaels.”

I pull her against me, and she sighs. I know she can feel how affected I still am by her.

“You know,” she whispers against my cheek, pressing her hips into mine and glancing down at my dick, “I’d be glad to help you with that.”

I tilt my face toward her, place a kiss on the curve of her neck, and bite slightly. “Don’t worry, babe, someday you will. But tonight was about you.”

She nods.

“For someone who didn’t know what it meant,” I say, “you’re pretty good at Netflix and chill.”

She pushes away from me and stares into my eyes as the pieces click together. “That’s what it means?”

I smile and laugh. Her face turns even more pink.

“Well, great, I’m sure the ladies in the office think I’m some kind of vixen! Who knew I’ve been using that phrase the wrong way all these years.”

I laugh, then step away from her. “Good night, Sut.”
