Brax and Jrue had both called me on my personal phone to make sure Dynastie had made it okay and to see how things were going. They had a front-row seat to my bullshit, and although she wasn’t a topic I cared to discuss with them, they’d been encouraging me for years to reach out in subtle, but not so subtle ways.

I sent them each a thumbs up, slipped my phone back into my pocket, then grabbed the rest of Dynastie’s luggage to take it upstairs. When I entered the room, I heard the shower running, and on the bed, I saw another sundress laid out.

The temptation to join her in the shower was strong, but before I succumbed, the shower stopped. I rolled her luggage into the closet, then sat on the edge of my bed, facing the bathroom. She walked out with the towel barely covering her frame, and my dick reacted immediately.

“If I’d known you were about to shower, I would’ve joined you,” I said with a smirk.

“You weren’t invited, so thank you for not intruding.”

“Don’t thank me, because you may have some company next time. Why’d you shower anyway? We’re just having lunch downstairs.”

“When we finish, I want to go see my parents and brother.”

“If I let you go, do?—”

“Ifyou let me go? Have I been kidnapped? Am I being held hostage?”

“You know damn well neither is the case. You can come and go as you please, but I want you to myself today.”

She was an arm’s length in front of me, and I grabbed the bottom of her towel, pulling her between my legs. I wrapped my arms around her waist and rested my head on her stomach.

“Can you give me today?” I questioned when she didn’t respond.

“I see you’re still selfish.”

My hands went from her lower back down to her plump ass. I rubbed it a few times before squeezing.

“Damn, I missed this,” I admitted, getting lost in the feel of being close to her and feeling her up.

“You can have today, but tomorrow, I’m going to see my family. Now, let me go so I can get dressed.”

“You don’t need clothes, baby.”

She pushed away from me as she said, “I’ll meet you downstairs. I can see we won’t get much accomplished if you stay in here with me.”

“Oh, we can get a lot accomplished. C’mere and let me show you.”

“Out, Major.”

She held the top of the towel with one hand while pointing to the door with the other. I didn’t put up a fuss because I knew I’d be deep inside her later that night.

“I could get usedto this. Does he cook all your meals?” I asked as I enjoyed the food the chef had prepared.

“He comes a few times a week when I’m training and makes enough meals for me to eat three times a day for three days, including snacks. When I’m not in training, he comes once a week, and the amount of food he makes varies.”

“Must be nice.”

“It is, but that’s not what this is. I asked him to stop by and make a few things especially for you, and everything he made will be good as leftovers. Unfortunately, I have to stick to my meal plan.”

My eyes scanned the table, and for the first time, I realized there was a hodgepodge of things to choose from, and every dishwas one of my favorites. I also noticed that Major was eating something entirely different.

“You remembered.”

“I haven’t forgotten anything about you, baby, especially how every time we ate out, your meals had no rhyme or reason to them. I can’t count the number of times you had me stopping at three different places to get you something to eat.”

“You always said you didn’t mind.”

“I didn’t mind, but that shit was still annoying.”
