Diesel circled the car. Steel Security was located on the square with all parking in a back parking lot that serviced each building in the long stretch of businesses. Diesel scanned the parking lot. He had to stay in guard mode. Diesel couldn’t keep thinking about last night. Wow, though. His skin tingled every second he spent with Kuba. There weren’t butterflies or whatever else people described. Diesel felt alive.
He slid behind the wheel and pulled the door shut. The doors automatically locked behind him when he pressed the button to start the car. Then Kuba was there. His mouth covered Diesel’s, and his hands were everywhere. The instant arousal had Diesel panting for breath. Kuba pulled away and buckled his seatbelt like nothing happened. Diesel stared at him with fire rising in his gut. Finally, Kuba met his stare. Kuba might have been acting as if nothing had happened, but his face gave away everything.
Kuba’s eyebrows rose. “Are we going to my place or what? It’s not like we can do this here.”
Without a word, Diesel threw the car in reverse. He didn’t know if Kuba was only teasing him, but he didn’t intend to waste time. The minutes it took to get to the warehouse where Kuba livedfelt like two hours. They didn’t speak. Diesel gripped the steering wheel so tightly that his knuckles turned white.
“Turn down this side road to park in the garage.”
While Diesel followed Kuba’s directions, Kuba pulled out his phone and opened the bay door. Diesel drove in and the doors automatically opened before rolling closed behind them. They calmly climbed out of the car and grabbed Diesel’s bags. Kuba carried them to a different bedroom than Kuba had shown him, while Diesel followed on his heels with the rest of his things. They dropped everything inside the bedroom doorway. Diesel glanced around. This room was nothing like the first room. The other room had obviously been decorated by a designer. This one held a hodgepodge of stuff. What looked to be handmade quilts covered the bed. There were pillows and bottles on the nightstand. It took Diesel a second to realize it was Kuba’s bedroom.
“There’re like four closets. I know at least two of them are empty. Just choose whichever you want.” He motioned toward a chest of drawers in one corner of the room. “The bottom three drawers of that thing are empty.” Kuba never looked his way throughout the speech.
Diesel couldn’t look anywhere else but at Kuba. “This is your bedroom.”
Kuba finally met his gaze. “Yeah.”
Diesel blinked. He didn’t know what to say.
Kuba’s eyebrows lifted. “Do you got a problem with that?”
Diesel shifted from foot to foot—shell shocked. “No.” Even Diesel hadn’t expected that “no.” Did he have a problem with this?
Kuba pulled his shirt up and over his head and tossed it aside. “Close that door behind you. Jayme has a bad habit of treating this place like it’s his.”
Like a zombie, Diesel closed the door. He didn’t know if he was more shocked or confused.
Kuba took his hand and led Diesel to his bed. He urged Diesel to sit on the edge before stealing Diesel’s shirt. With their chests bare, Kuba peeled off his pants and straddled Diesel. His expression remained unreadable. Diesel never knew what Kuba was thinking.
“Tell me something.”
“Okay.” Even to Diesel’s ears he sounded confused.
“If I hadn’t been pulled away this morning, what would you have done when you woke up beside me?’
Diesel didn’t think. He just answered. “I would’ve picked up right where we left off before falling asleep.”
A smile exploded across Kuba’s lips. “That’s what I like to hear. Do you know what else I like?”
“What?” Diesel was enthralled.
Kuba’s smile turned devilish. “You.”
“I like you too.” There was no missing the earnestness in Diesel’s voice.
Kuba nodded. “Good. That’s good. Am I too much for you too fast?”
Funnily enough, Diesel didn’t need to think about it. “No. I think you’re perfect.”
“Flattery will get you everywhere.”
Diesel wrapped his arms around Kuba and held on. “You’ve come to the right place. Is any of this leading to you kissing me? Because I have to tell you—”
Kuba kissed him.
All thought flew from Diesel’s head. Everything inside Diesel sang. Kuba worried he was too much, too fast. He should be scared of Diesel. The pure, aching hunger and greed Kuba caused to flare inside him was almost terrifying. They pulled away only long enough to lose every stitch of clothing before coming together again. The sensation of Kuba’s skin against hisbody was everything. Diesel was totally focused on every place they touched. He couldn’t take the teasing any longer. Diesel reached between their bodies, gripped their cocks in one hand and stroked. Kuba made a sound that Diesel needed to hear again as much as he needed his next breath. He kept stroking, pulling every noise he could from Kuba. Kuba’s moans and whimpers got more desperate. Diesel pumped faster. He had to make Kuba blow. His life depended on it and he couldn’t explain that.
Hot cum shot onto his stomach and poured over his hand. The neediest noise he had ever made kept coming from his lips in waves. The pressure built. Diesel exploded before Kuba’s cries fell silent. Diesel pumped slower, getting every twitch from both of them. They panted for air. Their gazes met. They burst into laughter.
