“Ah, there’s your belt,” Maxim quips as she comes in holding it. She still had some of my cum in her hair, and she had no idea.

“You dick! What if I couldn’t have gotten out? You were just going to leave me there?”

“I knew you would eventually.”

She lets out an exasperated groan. “You know what?”

She starts, and I turn to look at her, resting my head on my hand. I can’t help but admire how she looks. She’s always beautiful, but the way she looks after I’ve riled her up is just . . .

“I didn’t enjoy any of that, and if you didn’t have me restrained, I would’ve bit your fucking dick off!”

She tosses the belt at me across the room and storms back out.

“Was that . . .?”

“Mind your business, Maxim.” I smirk to myself again, swirling the whiskey in the glass.

“I wish you were staying longer, Mama,” Maxim says.

“I’m sure I’ll be back soon, if the rest of you could follow in your brother’s footsteps at least before I die.”

“Lord, Mama, don’t say that,” I say, sighing. “You’re not going anywhere.”

My father walks into the entryway with a couple rolling bags, and he sets them next to the door.

“Oy, there she is!” My mother excitedly awaits Giselle as she comes down the steps to say goodbye.

“Sorry, I had a late start this morning,” Giselle says as she goes to hug my mother back.

Seeing her with my mother makes me feel at ease. I just wanted her to be able to go back to Russia without worrying so much about us here.

“Artem, Giselle, may I speak with you two in the kitchen before I go?” my father asks.

I see Giselle’s face pale, and I take her upper arm and lead her into the kitchen with my father.

“I got a very interesting call from Moroz last night,” he says, and I see her look down as her lips part slightly.

It’s strange seeing her timid, like she’s uncomfortable.

“Artem, do I even want to know what this was about?”

“I already spoke to them about fixing the damage to their driveway and the grass, it was my fault.”

I see her look towards me when I take the blame.

“You blew up your car from inside the home?”

I can see her about to speak up when he looks at me, so I put my hand on her back.

“I had combustible materials from the latest shipment inside of the car that I forgot to transport to the warehouse. There must have been a gas leak or some sort of electrical issues in my car that started it. It won’t happen again.”

My father eyes Giselle and I, and I can see the anger swirling in his eyes. “See that it doesn’t. Just because I’m not in the country doesn’t mean I don’t have the power still to give your position over to Roman. I’m sure he’s eagerly awaiting your next fuck-up.”

I didn’t expect him to expose this side of himself to Giselle at all. He did a good job acting for as long as he could though.

He knows she had something to do with it, or he would’ve kept her out of it. He wanted this to be a warning to her, through me. He’s only going along with my story this time, but I know he wouldn’t if something like this happened again.

“Yes, sir.”
