Wait. Hold up. She said he went to an all-boys school in London. That can’t be right. If that were true, then how have I seen him so many times with the guys over the years?
Maybe he came back home often?
Something's going on here, and I’m not sure if it’s something to be worried about or not. I’ll be looking into it, that's for sure.
For now, I need to find a time to slip away and plant those cameras.
“Oh my god, he’s here,” Callie squeals excitedly.
“Where?”
She points to a blond guy standing by the fireplace with a group of people.
“Go talk to him,” I urge.
“Really?” she asks.
“Yes. I gotta go pee anyway. Go chat it up, get your man, and all that jazz.” I wave her off.
“Okay.” Shebeams. “Wish me luck!”
“Good luck!” I watch as she goes. She walks up to him and smiles. He grins down at her, and the two of them start talking.
Good. That means it’s go time.
I want to look around, to see if anyone is watching me, but if I do, it would seem suspicious. Instead, I just turn around and head towards the stairs, hoping no one follows me.
Once I’m in Callie’s room, I grab the cameras from my bag and sneak back out into the hall.
“If I were a boy’s bedroom, where would I be?” Walking down the hall, I open every door. One is a bathroom, the other is a closet. And then…Bingo.
Opening the door, I see that this is very much a boy’s room. And by the smell, it’s Sylas’.
Checking to make sure no one is in the hallway, I quickly step in and close the door behind me.
Flicking on the light, I look around for the best place to hide it. It needs to be somewhere with a good angle and not where he’d be by often.
My eyes flick around the room until they stop on the smoke detector.
“You will do.” Grabbing the chair by the desk, I move it over so that I can step onto it. It’s not easy getting that thing down, but thankfully, the roof isn’t too high in his room.
After I mess around with it a bit, I place the camera how I need it and put it back.
The downside is that I needed to break it to get it to work in my favor. Let’s hope there’s no fire.
Once it’s in place, I’m about to leave when I pause.
Spinning around, I look at his bed, biting my lip.
“I’ll be quick,” I tell myself before running over to his bed and climbing on it.
Burying my face into his pillow, I inhale deeply. His scent fills my nose, and I moan.
He smells so fucking good.
Knowing I spent too much time up here already, I take one last sniff and goto leave.
“No,” I scold myself as I spot his dirty hamper as I leave. “I shouldn’t.”
