After one of the most thrilling conversations of my life yesterday, we actually sat down and planned out how we’ll be shifting the attention of the Butterfly Killer over to the guy’s biggest rival, Roscoe Landry.
I didn’t know much about the guy until my men filled me in. I have no issue murdering women and pinning it on this guy. He sounds like a monster. He’s been known to brutally beat and rape women, some of them even ending up dead. He belongs in jail.
Yes, I know, I’m a hypocrite. Just weeks ago, I was out killing women who probably didn’t deserve it. But at least I didn’t torturethem beforehand, I ended it as quickly as I could. And I didn’t violate their bodies in disgusting ways.
The worst thing I did was have a little bit of a dance party with Becky, but what's so wrong about a little bit of fun in the afterlife? I bet her ghost was watching every moment and loving it. I mean, hello? Wewerelistening to Ashnikko.
“Give her to me,” Wesley demands, blowing out a puff of smoke.
“Not until you get rid of that death stick,” Sylas argues.
“Nola doesn’t care about my smoking.” Wesley takes another drag. “Do you, Little Rabbit?”
“No.” I shrug. I’ve gotten used to the smell, kind of craving it when he’s around. It’s part of his scent, he wouldn’t be the same without it.
Jasper grabs my hips and pulls me out of Sylas’ hold while the other two argue. “Hi.” I grin up at him, this giddy feeling swirling around in my belly.
He glares down at me, and if anyone were walking by, they would think he hated me, that he was thinking about all the ways he’d want to kill me.
But they don’t know my man like I do.
He says nothing, grasping my face roughly as he places a hard kiss on my lips. I moan into his mouth, my core growing slick as I feel his cock harden under my ass.
While every time we fuck isn’t like the time in the cemetery, there is always a bite of pain. It’s dirty as hell.
And I love every second of it. Let’s be real, if I could have them inside me every moment of the day, I’d be in heaven.
When he pulls away, I’m panting heavily, looking up at him with lust-filled eyes. “Mine,” he growls against my lips.
I’m grinning like a giddy schoolgirl as I shift my position so I’m sitting with my back to his front.
“Thought you two were about to fuck right here on the picnic table,” Callie giggles.
“We would have if I didn’t have to worry about someone recording us,” Jasper mutters.
Callie sighs. “I want this.”
“Want what?” Sylas asks.
“Someone to love me like you all love Nola.”
My eyes dart between the guys. They know I love them, but they haven’t said the words back. It’s okay, I can feel it when we’re together. I don’tneedto hear the words. They’re not the kind of guys who express love in simple words anyway.
“You literally have me,” Garrett says from where he’s sitting next to her.
“No, she doesn’t.” Sylas glares at him. “I said to leave my sister alone.”
“You can’t tell me what to do and who to date.” Callie glares at Sylas.
When Callie came home last night, Sylas blew up at her since I let it slip that she knew who I was this whole time and was pissed for not telling him.
I felt bad because I didn’t want to come between them. Seeing my best friend showing how important our friendship was to her by defending why she kept my secret made me love her even more.
He doesn’t like the fact that his baby sister was caught up in all this murdering business. He’s going to be in for one hell of a surprise when he finds out she has a bigger hard-on for it than I do.
He’s going to lose his shit even more when he finds out she wants to join the Brotherhood. But that's an issue for another day.
“Does that mean I have a chance?” Garrett asks, his face splitting into an excited grin.
