“Sooo…” Sylas starts. “Should we address the elephant in the room?”

Pressing a kiss to Nola’s forehead, I get to my feet and find my clothes.

“What's there to talk about?” I ask, shoving my feet into my boxers before grabbing my jeans. “Everything we thought about Nola is wrong. She wasn’t quiet, shy, and a loner because she wasweak or a pushover. She was probably holding herself back from killing every asshole who ever fucked with her.”

My girl is a little killer, a tiny psychopath hidden behind bright blonde hair and big blue eyes.

She’s fucking amazing, perfect. I can’t wait to see what kind of fun we’re going to have with her.

Her tears taste like heaven, her pleading and sobbing are like fucking music to my ears.

“Does that mean she’s ours now? We can finally have her?” Sylas asks.

“Yes,” I say at the same time Jasper says, “No.”

“What the fuck do you mean, no?” I glare down at him.

He sits up, shooting me a murderous look. “Before we go making any life-changing decisions, I think we need to sit down and fucking think about this rationally.”

“There’s nothing to think about,” I argue. “That girl is mine,” I snarl. I’m not one to show much emotion, but right now I’m getting really fucking pissed off. “I kept my distance out of respect for you. Even though I didn’t fucking care about keeping her pure, I still did it anyway because you two are my brothers, my family. But you can’t ask us to stay away from her when there’s literally no reason to anymore.”

“What about the Brotherhood?” Jasper counters, getting to his feet. “Did you forget we’re in charge of one of the biggest, most powerful organizations in this fucking country? We just took our rightful places, took over our family's companies, and what? We’re just going to give it all up? I am not stepping down.”

“No one is stepping down,” I tell him. “We are the ones in charge. Maybe it’s time we do what Sylas mentioned before and make some changes. We have until September to deal with the ritual situation. Everyone already knows how we feel about Nola. We’ve had a warning out on her for years now. The only difference is, we’re not watching from the shadows anymore.”

“You’re being stupid.” Jasper shakes his head, grabbing for his clothes. He angrily puts them on, vibrating as he does. “It’s not that simple, Wesley.”

“Stop acting like this isn’t something you’ve always wanted,Jasper,” Sylas spits, sounding just as pissed off as I am. “You love her. We all do. But we thought we were too fucked in the head to be able to have her. Did anything that happened just now give you the impression Nola couldn’t handle it? That she didn’t want it?”

“She was crying!” Jasper shouts as Sylas gets dressed. “She was begging us to stop.”

A deep chuckle rattles in Sylas’ chest. “As the one who had his cock buried deep inside her as she begged for mercy before you made her gag on your cock, I can assure you, that was all for our sick, fucked up pleasure. She was playing a part to feed our needs, our kinks. I don’t know how, but she knows.”

“Knows what?” Jasper asks.

“A lot,” I reply. “I’m going to assume a lot more than we probably know. When it comes to our little killer down there, I wouldn’t put anything past her.”

“I bet she has cameras in our house,” Sylas chuckles. “Fuck me.” His eyes widen. “Do you think she’s been stalking us?” He grabs his cock, giving it a squeeze as he groans at that thought. “That’s so fucking hot.”

“Stop it!” Jasper shouts. “Both of you, stop!”

“Why?” I ask him. “I’m on cloud-fucking-nine, brother,” I chuckle. “I think we’ve met our match, and I’m more than willing to see what else is hiding in her box of crazy.”

“I thought I loved her before.” Sylas looks down at Nola with a look of adoration. “But knowing what she’s really like, but now… yeah, I’m fucking done for.”

Grabbing my pack of cigarettes from my pocket, I pull one out and light it up. Taking a deep inhale, I look down at our little psycho. “Yeah.” I blow out a cloud of smoke. “Me too.”

It’s like something inside me changed. Yes, I want to bend her, break her, make her scream, but I also want to protect her, love her, and never fucking let her go.

Who the fuck am I?

I have no clue. But I can’t deny these emotions swirling around inside me.Fuck. Someone kill me.

“We can argue later.” I take another drag. “We have to get Nolahome and deal with her.” I nod my head towards the dead girl on the ground.

“I still can’t believe Nola killed her,” Sylas chuckles, bending down to check out the wound on her neck. “Clean cut. Just like all the other girls.” He looks up at me and grins. “Our girl is a fucking serial killer. How the hell did we get so lucky?”

I shrug. “No clue. But it’s fucking hot.”
