The days here pass in a drunken, weed-filled blur. And it’s not like Gray and have gotten a moment to ourselves to be alone. My brother and him share a tent next to mine. Last night Gray went off to piss and was planning to sneak into my tent, but Woods was standing guard smoking a cigarette like he knew and was cockblocking.

During the day he keeps him busy meeting with some of the other chapters.

Though for all I know they could be hitting up titty bars or attending orgies.

I’m thankful for Madz, even if we’re both in love with the same man. Gray is off with my brother talking business again, and I don’t have a lot in common with the other ol’ ladies. I’m the Prez’s kid sister and they are buddies with Faye. They don’t trust me and I don’t trust them. I’m sure they look their noses down on me because I don’t snub the club girls like they do.

We make our rounds tasting food from different trucks and getting drunk as all get out in the process. We even end up getting tattooed together. I got a dainty pink bow on my ankle and Madz got a rubber duckie on hers.

She bumps her hip against mine. “Come on. Bad Habits is about to start playing.”

“For real.”

“Shit yeah. One of the guitarists is Soulless’s brother.”

Soulless is one of Big Daddy’s guys and totally hot. It makes sense that he’d have an equally hot rock star brother.

She drags me to where people are lining up by a stage. Like I said, if you can think of it, you’ll probably find it here. We passed a mud pit for wrestling. There’s dude’s doing burnout comps. Wet T-shirt contests. Biggest ass. Longest and thickest dick. They give out cash and bragging rights for anything.

The band starts off with one of their more popular songs. Madz and I sway to the music. That Smoke guy comes up and starts dancing with her. I’m glad she’s being cool with me and can get over the stuff with Gray and me. I should hate her because he’s fucked her, but she’s not like Kaylene. She’s never tried to rub it in my face, and she told me about him calling her my name. She might sleep around, but at her core she’s a girl’s girl.

She’s not going to go behind my back and do me dirty.

I get lost in the music, and when some biker comes up behind me and grabs my hips, grinding on my ass, I don’t push him away until his hands get a little too friendly. I’m trying to let the guy down gently without causing a scene. Gray does it for me, except it isn’t the biker he’s pissed off at it’s me.

“What the fuck, Low?”

“What’d I do?”

“It’s what you didn’t do. He was all over you.”

“I was just dancing.” I push at him as he wraps his arms around me, screaming at me like a jealous boyfriend or an overprotective stalker.

“You were shaking your ass all over him. Any closer he’d have been fucking you.”

“You can’t get mad at me for dancing with some dude when you haven’t claimed me.”

He glances off to the side. “Quiet. Your brother is right there.”

“Of course. Can’t let him know you’ve been feeling up his baby sister.”

“Don’t be like that.”

“Fuck you, Gray. Oh wait. You won’t do that. At least not with me.”

“You’re being a brat.”

“I hate you.”

“No, you don’t,” his voice softens. “You’re drunk.”

“Am not. You’re just a party pooper.”

He laughs, and it pisses me off even more. I storm off to go have my good time far away from him.

Chapter Eight

“What was that about?” Woods glares at me. I should come clean about Willow and me. He’s not stupid. On some level, he already has to know.
