My grin turns into a full-blown smile, and I dash around to the bedroom. Sure enough, Xavier is sitting on the bed with a little box in his hand. He offers it to me, and I take it, not bothering to drag any of this out. When he confessed that he wanted to pierce them himself, I did a bunch of research, not sure that I wanted my first piercings to be in my tits.
I spoke to Hudson about it, and we discussed how I was nervous about the pain and also about looking after them. Piercing infections were no joke. So, he helped me solve my fears about the unknown by taking me to get my ears pierced then and there. He’s been so strict with me about looking after them that, aside from the initial discomfort and healing process, the piercings have turned out perfect.
Lid open, I stare down at the jewelry. Two plain, standard, medical-grade steel bars, with a ball at each end. Except, when I turn the box from side to side, I can see a letter etched into each ball’s head.
D. H.
D. X.
“Do you like them?” Xavier asks, raising a hand to cup mine around the box.
Tears burn the backs of my eyes. “I do. I really do.”
I sniffle a little and close the lid, fingers tickling around my neck as Derek steps up behind me again. Darcy and Hudson enter the bedroom, carrying another box, a much bigger one. One that I recognize but haven’t seen for months.
Matte black with a black bow.
They both come toward us, and when Darcy offers me the box, I think my heart might explode.
Throat thick with emotion, I slowly pull the lid off, but where I’m expecting to see only the black leather collar with the four heart tags, I see two.
The second one is a delicate gold chain, with an intricate heart locket holding the whole thing together. There is a lock in the center that is clearly functional, especially if the four little golden keys in the corner of the box are any indication.
Derek cups my shoulders. “I know we have talked about you wearing a collar for our scenes, but we would really like it if you wore a daytime collar as well. Something to mark you as ours for the world to see, not just the four walls of our apartment.”
There is too much emotion inside me, so I close my eyes, a tear escaping my lashes, and nod my head enthusiastically, because there is no way a single intelligible sound is making its way out of my mouth right now.
Every single day since I fled the hockey game to meet with them at the apartment, they have proven that they want me, that they will show up for me.
They even changed the contract to a single line.
We, Derek King, Hudson Gold, Darcy Reign, and Xavier Knight, take ownership of Emery Nicholas, will treasure her submission, and promise to always give her a voice in every discussion.
No list of sexual activities—although we do have a running list that we update all the time. No specifics about my time with them or dates that they own me.
We are in a real, organic relationship, where they owneverythingabout me.
They are my family. My home. My safe place.
They are mine. And I am theirs.
With no end date.
The end.
