“Ohmygod,” Karen blurted before Carrera made his way toward the bar.

Slash was talking with two dancers. He found an empty stool, cemented his gaze on her, and waited. Being around her, fallingin love with her… these were things he would never take for granted.

The head bartender made his way over. “Sorry for the wait. What can I get you?”

“I’m waiting for Slash.”

“Gotcha,” he said before moving on.

Slash sauntered over. “What can I do for you, Claude?”

“I want a table dance.”

She loved the lust in his eyes, loved how his deep voice rasped out his dirty desires.

“Let’s get wicked,” she replied.

Slash

With her backpackslung over her shoulder, she clasped his hand, led him to a table. Once he sat, she ran her hand over his crotch. “I’m going to change. Try not to get into too much trouble.”

In the dressing room, she went to her station. Her barely-there one-piece string bikini covered the essentials. Truth was, she had no problem putting herself out there to find these women.

Jilly entered the dressing room from doing a shift, and hurried over. “Hey, I thought you were done dancing.”

“My client requested a table dance,” Slash replied.

“I’m concerned about Deb,” Jilly said. “She hasn’t come back.”

Slash stepped close. “There’s a guy who’s been floating around the club. He’s White, has a wild head of hair, a full beard and mustache. He invited Deb into the VIP room.”

Jilly’s eyes grew wide. “I had no idea she was going back there.”

“Have you seen him around?”

“He doesn’t sound like one of my regulars,” Jilly whispered.

“Just be careful,” Slash said.

“You too,” Jilly replied.

Slash pulled on her stiletto sandals, tied her sarong around her waist, and left the dressing room. She swept her gaze over the faces in the club, searching for her target. When she found Carrera, he became the only man in the room. As she sauntered over, his eyes blackened with desire.

She stopped in front of him, leaned down, and whispered, “Good evening, Claude.”

“Holy hell,” he ground out.

“Hey, honey,” called out a customer. “Come over my way.”

Carrera stood, his massive body dwarfing hers. After helping her onto the table, he sat back down, his fiery gaze raking over every inch of her.

The intensity in his eyes made her breath hitch. His energy, his magnetism had a hold on her. She couldn’t look away, didn’t care who else was there. Her entire being was focused on him. Making him wild with desire, teasing him to the brink of insanity, and being the one to relieve him of his torment.

Was this revenge? Was this desire? Was this love?

Is he my past, my present, and my future?

An iconic rock song by the Black Crowes had her swaying to the seductive beat. Slash let the tune carry her away to a place of total hedonism. She started moving her hips, arching her back, snaking her arms in the air like a vine. With her gaze bolted on Carrera, she untied her sarong and draped it around his neck, then continued her erotic dance.
