And that just may be the best part.

Chapter twenty-nine

Abigail

Onethingaboutthesecond trimester nobody warned me about?

I have never been more horny in my entire life.

To which you might be thinking…

Abigail, how lucky for you. You have four insanely sexy, cowboy baby daddies who want nothing more than to rail you into next Sunday.

To which I would reply…

Well, yes. I am one lucky bitch.

But the problem is… I can’t seem to get enough.

Not when Jas had to go on a quick work trip and somehow ended up dirty-talking me straight into an orgasm while he watched me touch myself until I was breathless and shaking againsta pillow.

Not when I interrupted Lincoln one afternoon while he was working and he ended up bending me over Beau’s desk—which he was very proud of himself for, by the way—and groaned in my ear what a good girl I was.

It wasn’t enough when I dropped to my knees one morning while Lawson was eating breakfast, only for him to haulmeup onto the counter and eat me out like I was a five-course meal.

And it certainly wasn’t enough this morning. Because apparently, Beau playing guitar and singing is my version of catnip. He’d been sitting in the living room, waiting for the others to get ready for the day, strumming absentmindedly while humming under his breath. The sunlight had been spilling through the big front windows, catching in his dirty-blond hair while his voice rolled through the house all warm and low.

Every note he sang went straight to my core.

I lasted maybe two whole minutes before my brain stopped functioning properly, then I threw off my clothes right there in the middle of the living room, waited until he looked up, and slowly walked toward the stairs.

He followed me immediately.

By the time we made it to my bedroom… well, let’s just say he ended up being late for work.

And yet—here I am.

Wanting—no,needing, more.

Which is really fucking annoying considering I’m currently sitting on the fence beside the cattle pen staring at three shirtless men working under the warm, spring Montana sun.

The only one missing is Jasper.

He had to go to Billings for the afternoon.

Something I’ve noticed he’s been doing a little more often lately.

Not that it’s a problem… but it’s enough that I’ve noticed.

My gaze drifts back to the pen. Lincoln is leaning against the gate, helping guide a young calf toward its mother while Lawson works the latch on the opposite side. Then he helps Beau try to wrangle the next calf for vaccinations.

They’re just so sweaty.

And shirtless.

And so damn hot.

Lincoln straightens first, pushing a hand through his hair as he steps back from the gate. Lawson wipes the back of his forearm across his brow. And Beau stands and stretches, muscles pulling tight across his shoulders.
